Purpose: 1.Introduced the Lupus Impact Tracker(LIT)in English and formed the initial Chinese LIT after translation and cultural adaptation.2.The Chinese LIT scale was validated for reliability and validity to evaluate the psychometric properties of the scaleMethods: 1.After reviewing the literature,a quality of life scale for lupus patients was screened. After obtaining the consent and authorization of the source scale developer, the English version of the LIT scale was adjusted according to the Brislin translation model.Expert inquiry, small sample survey, correction, final report draft.2.A convenient sampling method was adopted to determine the study objects in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. From March to December 2019,140 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected for a questionnaire survey in a Grade 3 hospital in Huzhou,Zhejiang Province. The research tools mainly include: Patient General Information Questionnaire,Health Status Questionnaire-36 and Chinese LIT Scale. The collected questionnaires were sorted and analyzed, and SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the sorted data, and the internal consistency reliability, retest reliability,half-reliability,structural validity, and calibration correlation validity of the scale were evaluated A convenient sampling method was adopted to determine the study objects in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The collected questionnaires were sorted and analyzed, and SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the sorted data. The internal consistency reliability, retest reliability, structural validity, calibration validity, correlation validity, and reliability of the scale were evaluated.Distinguish reliability and validity indicators. Results: 1.In the process of cross-cultural adjustment, the scale strictly followed the evaluation criteria introduced by the scale, and finally formed a preliminary draft of the Chinese version of the 12-item scale, which mainly includes cognition, lupus medication, physical health, pain / fatigue effects, emotional health,Body image, plans / wishes / goals,etc.2.During the analysis and selection of items on the scale, the determination value of item 11 was 1.502,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The correlation coefficient was 0.007,which was not significant(P>0.05).The item was analyzed by comprehensive analysis.Give delete. The content validity index(CVI)of the scale is 0.916.The exploratory factor analysis results showed that a total of 2 common factors were extracted and the cumulative contribution rate was 61.758%.The correlation coefficient between the Chinese version of the LIT scale and the SF-36 dimensions and total score is 0.582~0.836.The Chinese version of the scale can distinguish patients with different disease activity(SLEDAI)and injury(SDI)(P<0.001).The Cronbach's ? coefficient of the total scale is 0.857,the Cronbach's ? coefficient of each dimension is 0.869,0.652,the ICC value of the total scale is 0.950,and the ICC values of each dimension are 0.959,0.759.Conclusion: This study combined the Chinese language environment and cultural background to carry out cross-cultural verification of the LIT English version of the scale, and based on the source scale, appropriately increased entries according to the characteristics of the SLE population in China, and finally formed the Chinese version of the scale. It has a good degree and has stable psychometric properties. It can be used to measure the quality of life of SLE patients in China.Medical staff need to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of life of patients with lupus, and take corresponding medical and nursing interventions to achieve the management of patients' physical and mental health.
