Objective To analyze the preventive effect of early rehabilitation therapy on deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs in Intensive Care Unit(ICU)patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 105 critically patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University. And these patients need to meet the inclusion criteria. All the subjects were randomly divided into a control group and two experimental groups by random number table method. The patients of control group who are in the Intensive Care Unit only received routine nursing. While the patients of experimental group was divided into two groups, the subjects of experimental group 1 in the Intensive Care Unit were given additional exercise training besides routine nursing. In experimental group 2,the patients used elastic bandage on the basis of the patients of the experimental group 1.For patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis,it is necessary to record the size of lower extremity venous thrombosis, the location of lower extremity venous thrombosis, and some coagulation indicators(including D-dimer,fibrinogen,fibrinogen degradation products)that may be related to thrombosis. Results The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis, proximal lower extremity venous thrombosis, lower extremity venous thrombosis with diameter greater than 7 mm,multiple lower extremity venous thrombosis, plasma D-dimer,plasma fibrinogen and plasma fibrinogen degradation products in the two experimental groups were lower than those in the control group. And the results were statistically significant(p < 0.05).In addition, the plasma D-dimer,fibrinogen and fibrinogen degradation products in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were significantly higher than those in patients without lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, and the results were statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs of ICU patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. At the same time, the increase of D-dimer,fibrin and fibrin degradation products in plasma of patients admitted to ICU is related to the occurrence of DVT in lower limbs.
