Objective Preeclampsia is a common complication of pregnancy, which can lead to functional damage of various organs. With the opening of the two-child policy and the increase of older mothers, the incidence of preeclampsia increases.Endothelial cell injury is the pathophysiological basis of preeclampsia, but the molecular mechanism of endothelial injury is not clear. This study investigated the relationship between micro RNA-29b(mi R-29b)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF-A)in preeclampsia patients and their influence on the occurrence and development of preeclampsia. Methods Placental tissues of pregnant women with preeclampsia who gave birth in the critical obstetrics department of anhui provincial maternal and child health hospital from September 2018 to January 2019 were collected, including 22 cases of preeclampsia with early hairstyle and 18 cases of preeclampsia with late hairstyle.Twenty normal placental tissues were used as controls. The expression of mi R-29 b in placenta was detected by RT-q PCR,and the expression of VEGF-A protein in placenta was detected by immunohistochemistry,to analyze the relationship between the two and the effect on the course of disease.SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis, and the measurement data were all normal distribution with homogeneous variance, expressed as.One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)was used for comparison among the three groups, and LSD-t test was used for pairwise comparison among the three groups.Pearson linear correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1.Compared the expression levels of mi R-29 b and VEGF-A in the placenta of the three groups, the expression levels of mi R-29 b in the placenta of EOPE and LOPE patients were higher than that of the control group, while the expression levels of VEGF-A were lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The expression levels of placental mi R-29 b and VEGF-A in EOPE group and LOPE group were significantly different(P < 0.05).2.Correlation between mi R-29 b and VEGF-A level in the placenta of pregnant women with PE the correlation between mi R-29 b and VEGF-A level in the placenta of PE patients was negative(r=-0.691,P=0.001).The results showed that the expression of VEGF-A decreased with the increase of mi R-29 b expression in the placenta of PE patients.3.Correlation of mi R-29 b and VEGF-A with clinical characteristics and pregnancy outcome the expression of mi R-29 b in placenta was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urine protein, and negatively correlated with onset gestational week and neonatal weight(P <0.05).Placenta VEGF-A protein was negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 24-hour urine protein, and positively correlated with onset gestational week and neonatal weight(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.mi RNA-29 b expression is up-regulated and VEGF-A expression is down-regulated in the placental tissues of preeclampsia patients.mi RNA-29 b may target and regulate VEGF-A in the endothelial injury of preeclampsia, and its expression level may affect the severity of clinical symptoms, which is expected to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.2.mi RNA-29 b is expected to be an indicator of the difference between early and late preeclampsia.
