Objective: To explore the relationship between the absolute number of lymphocytes and the relevant factors such as clinicopathological stage and the effect of lymphocyte count on clinical treatment. Methods: collected in August 2016-August 2017 557 cases of the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university gastrointestinal surgery patients with stomach cancer cases, record the name, sex, age, hospitalization, preoperative lymphocyte absolute value, preoperative leucocyte, preoperative albumin values,CEA preoperatively and postoperatively lymphocyte absolute value, patients received chemotherapy time from surgery, chemotherapy regimens, and patients with gastric cancer staging.Data of 107 patients who received surgical treatment and received three rounds of postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital were extracted. And according to the clinical pathological stage is divided into period ?,period ?,phase ? and ?.Chi-square testwas used to determine the correlation between lymphocytr absolute number and clinicopathological stage before surgery, before the first chemotherapy, before the second chemotherapy and before the third chemotherapy. The correlation betweem lymphocyte absolute number and postoperative chemotherapy was analyzed by anova. The influence factors of absolute number of lymphocytes in patients with gastric cancer were analyzed by two-factor repeated measurement of variance. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in preoperative white blood cell count between the two groups(P<0.001).The correlation between the absolute number of lymphocytes before the first chemotherapy and clinicopathological factors was not statistically significant;the absolute number of lymphocytes before the second chemotherapy was related to lymph node staging, number of metastatic lymph nodes and number of white blood cells before surgery, while the absolute number of lymphocytes before the third chemotherapy was related to number of white blood cells before surgery.Univariate repeated measure anova showed no correlation between the absolute number of lymphocytes and postoperative chemotherapy.Two-factor repeated measurements analysis of variance showed that ? period and(?,?,? period)group of factors(time)within the influence of absolute number of lymphocytes with statistical significance(P = 0.034);The comparison of factors(pathological stage)between groups was not statistically significant(P=0.429).(?,?),and(?,?) group of factors(time)within the influence of absolute number of lymphocytes was statistically significant(P = 0.039).The comparison of factors(pathological stage)between groups was not statistically significant(P=0.161).(?,?,?)with ? within the group of factors(time,P = 0.597)between the group and factors(pathological staging,P = 0.537)had no statistical significance.??????? during the comparison of time factor has no statistical significance(P = 0.779),Binary Logistic regression analysis found that stage ?,preoperative leukocyte, and preoperative albumin were all significant variables affecting PALC.Logistic natural spline regression analysis using continuous variables age,BMI,number of lymph nodes, white blood cells, preoperative albumin, and analyses three natural spline CEA preoperatively, the results showed that BMI affects PALC statistically significant, the age,BMI,number of lymph nodes, preoperative white blood cells, the CEA preoperatively, tumor staging and preoperative albumin variables, three natural spline analysis again, found stagenew affect PALC statistically significant. Conclusion: Lymphocytes in different stages of the absolute quantity and clinical pathologic staging the correlation of factors are different, but there are four stages in the three stages related to preoperative white blood cell count, single factor repetitive measure analysis of variance shows that the correlation between lymphocyte absolute number and postoperative chemotherapy is not obvious, the two factors repetitive measure analysis of variance showed that lymphocyte absolute number has little correlation with clinical pathologic staging and with time factor has certain relevance.
