| OBJECTIVE:The main purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a numerical difference in the minimum pressure between the affected and the unaffected leg in anterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee by comparing the value of the minimum pressure applied to the unaffected side and the affected side of the thigh when lifting the heel off the examination bed at the fulcrum position of the same lever in the lever test. Then, the law of the variation of the minimum pressure numerical difference between the thigh parts of both sides when the fulcrum of the lever moves toward the proximal end of the knee joint is analyzed. In addition, the corresponding regression analysis model is made for the fulcrum position of different levers to achieve the preliminary prediction of the minimum pressure value to be applied on the thigh side when the heel of the healthy side is lifted off the examination bed at the fulcrum position of a certain lever corresponding to different height and weight.Provide preliminary estimates for clinical examiners. Methods:A total of 53 patients with unilateral anterior cruciate ligament rupture were selected from July 2019 to November 2019.The leverage test was performed with multiple legs as fulcrum positions, and the minimum pressure value of each fulcrum of the affected and healthy legs was recorded when the heel was lifted off the bed surface.Wilcoxon signed rank sum test was used to analyze the collected pressure data, and there was no statistical significance. At the same time, the correlation coefficient r between other factors and the minimum pressure difference applied on the thigh side when the healthy leg and the heel of the affected leg are lifted off the examination bed is compared at the fulcrum position of different levers. To calculate the fulcrum position of each lever and its comprehensive evaluation index, the most convenient height and weight obtained in clinical work were used as reference variables for regression analysis, and the regression equation was obtained according to the measurement data analysis, and the population was preliminarily predicted.RESULTS:Comparing the minimum pressure required to lift the heel on the thigh, there was a difference between the affected leg and the healthy leg. When the heel is raised at the same fulcrum position, the minimum pressure exerted on the affected thigh is greater than that on the healthy side, and the difference is statistically significant.Statistical variables of different fulcrum positions are different from the lowest pressure difference of the affected leg and the healthy leg. When the proximal end of the knee joint is close to the fulcrum position, the correlation coefficient becomes smaller and the comprehensive evaluation index is better.CONCLUSION:In the lever test, the same fulcrum position makes the heel lift, and the affected side needs to exert greater pressure. And the closer the fulcrum is to the proximal end of the knee joint, the greater the minimum pressure difference between the affected side and the healthy side of the leg.At this time, the examiner is more likely to distinguish the affected side from the detected limb, with better accuracy. |
