| Objectives To investigate the status of psychological resilience, social support and coping styles in patients with complicated hepatolithiasis. To explore the influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with complicated hepatolithiasis. To analyze the correlation among psychological resilience, social support and coping styles in patients with complicated hepatolithiasis. To provide a reference for the recovery and improvement of psychological resilience of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis. Methods This study belongs to descriptive study. The objective sampling method was used to select 156 patients with complicated hepatolithiasis who met the inclusion criteria in a tertiary hospital in Changsha,Hunan Province from January to December 2019.The questionnaire includes the self-designed general data questionnaire, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the collected data.General data of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis were described by frequency and composition ratio.Means and standard deviations were used to describe the current status of psychological resilience, social support and coping styles.T test, analysis of variance, rank sum test and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with complicated hepatolithiasis.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze psychological resilience and social support in patients with complicated hepatolithiasis correlation between the three.Results1 A total of 158 questionnaires were distributed in this study and 156 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The effective rate was 98.7%.Among the 156 patients, the age ranged from 18 to 83 years old and the mean age was(52.98±12.82)years old. There were 73 males and 83 females.2 The total score of psychological resilience of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis(45.79±16.28)was significantly lower than that of the domestic norm, and the scores of each dimension from high to low were toughness(23.30±9.19),strength(15.37±5.35),and optimism(7.12±2.69).Social support score was(35.71±9.92),which was in the medium level, but lower than the domestic norm. The scores of each dimension from high to low were(21.22 ± 5.53)points for subjective support,(8.26±3.71)points for objective support and(6.22±2.11)points for support utilization.Coping style scores were positive(1.40 ± 0.63)and negative(1.52 ± 0.57).3 The t test, analysis of variance and rank sum test showed that age, marital status, family per capita monthly income, education level, payment method, occupation, course of disease, number of operations, postoperative catheter status, combination with other diseases, and disease understanding degree had an effect on the psychological resilience of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).4 Analysis of multiple linear regression showed that 6 factors including occupation, postoperative catheter status, disease understanding, subjective support, positive coping and negative coping entered the multiple linear regression equation of psychological resilience, which could jointly explain 61.6% of the variation.5 Spearman correlation analysis indicate that the total score of psychological resilience of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis were positively correlated with the total score of social support, objective support, subjective support and support utilization(r=0.570 、 0.428 、0.562、0.352,P < 0.01).The toughness dimension was positively correlated with the total score of social support and the scores of all dimensions(r =0.545 、 0.389 、 0.541 、 0.347,P < 0.01).The strength dimension was positively correlated with the total score of social support and the scores of all dimensions(r = 0.557、0.442、0.543、0.328,P < 0.01).The optimism dimension was positively correlated with the total score of social support and the scores of all dimensions(r = 0.467、0.368、0.457、0.302,P <0.01).The total score of psychological resilience and the three dimensions of toughness, strength, optimism were positively correlated with the positive coping dimensions(r=0.682、0.673、0.663、0.535,P < 0.01).The total score of psychological resilience and the three dimensions were negatively correlated with negative coping(r=-0.240、-0.207、-0.221、-0.286,P < 0.01).Conclusions1 The psychological resilience of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis was lower than that of domestic norm. The social support of patients was at medium level, which is lower than the domestic norm.Patients tend to respond negatively to the disease.2 The main factors affecting the psychological resilience of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis include occupation, postoperative catheter status, disease understanding, subjective support, positive coping and negative coping.3 The dimensions of total psychological resilience of patients with complicated hepatolithiasis are positively correlated with the total score ofsocial support, each dimension. The total psychological resilience and each dimension was positively correlated with the positive coping, while the total psychological resilience and each dimension was negatively correlated with negative coping. |
