A Study On The Relationship Between Psychological Resilience, Social Support And Coping Style In Patients With Ischemic Stroke

objective1.To investigate the level of psychological flexibility,social support and coping style of patients with ischemic stroke.2.To analyze the influencing factors of psychological resilience and its relationship with social support and coping style in patients with ischemic stroke.3.To provide basis for clinical workers to take corresponding medical and nursing measures in their work,and to promote the mental health of patients with ischemic stroke.MethodThis article uses a convenient sampling method to include 140 patients with ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in the neurology department of Weihai Central Hospital from September to December 2018 as the research object.The psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC),medical response questionnaire(MCMQ)and social support assessment scale(SSRS)were used to conduct the questionnaire survey,and 136 valid questionnaires were recovered.Statistical analysis of the above data was carried out using SPSS 18.0 statistical software.Resultsin this questionnaire,140 questionnaires were distributed and 136 ires were recovered.The results were as follows:1.Ischemic stroke patients,three dimensions of psycho-elasticity:resilience(30.15±9.03),optimism(10.08.±3.01),self-improvement(20.17 ±6.02),The total score of sycho-elasticity was 60.40±15.12).2.Three dimensions of social support in ischemic stroke patients:ctive support(12.76±2.32),subjective support(20.05±5.65),support utilization(7.45±2.39),Total score of social support(40.37±7.50).3.In the ping style of ischemic stroke patients,the score of face dimension(17.04±3.10),avoidance dimension(16.17±3.34),yield dimension(10.04±2.82),The total score of ping style(42.36±5.49).4.Results of correlation analysis:all dimensions of ocial support in ischemic stroke patients were positively correlated with ho-elasticity(P<0.05),and coping styles were positively correlated with psycho-elasticity(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between coping style and sticity(P<0.05).There was no correlation between avoidance coping style and icity(P>0.05).5.Multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of mental resilience in patients with ischemic stroke included barthel index,objective support,subjective support,social support utilization,face to face and yield coping style,which accounted for 45.6%of the total variation.Conclusions1.The mental resilience of patients with ischemic stroke is at a low level.2.The higher the degree of social support,the higher the level of mental flexibility.The higher the level of psychological resilience,the more the use of face coping style,the lower the level of psychological resilience,the more the use of surrender coping style.BARTHEL index,objective support,subjective support,utilization of social support,face-to-face and surrender were the influencing factors of resilience level in patients with ischemic stroke.
