Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy and remarkable achievements, social security has become increasingly prominent.Although it is an indisputable fact that migrant workers have become the main body of industrial workers in China,in fact, the large-scale migrant workers and their families who follow them around cannot fully enjoy the same basic public services in employment, education, medical care, pension, indemnificatory housing and other aspects as the local citizens in the town.Especially at the present stage, there has been a phenomenon of inter generational change among migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers has gradually replaced the position of the first generation of migrant workers, and gradually become the main force. When the two generations of migrant workers face the legal rights and interests of social security, whether the attitudes and actions they face are the same as those between generations, whether there are inter-generational differences, whether it is necessary to build different social security systems for the two generations of migrant workers, and so on,has become very important.Based on the data of the dynamic monitoring of the floating population in Fujian Province in 2013,this study explores whether the two generations of migrant workers have generated inter-generational differences in "medical treatment behavior" from the perspective of "medical treatment behavior",combining with the existing literature and theoretical basis,so as to pave the way for further improvement of the medical insurance system of the two generations of migrant workers,in order to realize the reasonable distribution of medical resources To create a good medical environment for migrant workers.First of all, this paper describes the characteristics of medical behavior choice of two generations of migrant workers, and compares them from the aspects of individual characteristics, social characteristics and medical behavior.Secondly, the variables such as gender, ethnic group, education level, marriage status, time, scope and personal income are included in the logistic regression model of the two generations of migrant workers, and how these factors affect the medical behavior of the twogenerations of migrant workers is analyzed. Finally, the conclusion is whether there is difference between the two generations of migrant workers. The results show that: the medical behavior of migrant workers is the result of a variety of variables, for example, the education level and marital status of personal characteristics, the personal income and employment status of social characteristics and other factors;in addition, there are some differences in the choice of medical behavior between the two generations of migrant workers. But on the whole, there is no inter-generational difference between the two generations of migrant workers in their choice of medical behavior and demand for medical services.
