Clinical Observation Of Gubenanxue Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Collapse(Kindny Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guben Anxue decoction prepared by the tutor in the treatment of perimenopausal collapse(kidney deficiency type),to explore its mechanism of action,and to provide an effective and safe method of hemostasis and menstrual regulation for the treatment of this disease.Method:This experiment will see a doctor in our hospital outpatient service conform to the standard of the menopausal transition ren(kidney)32 cases of patients,bleeding period to daily oral up Guben Anxue decoction,blood check period to add and subtract treatment ahead,for three months for a period of treatment,the treatment itself before and after comparison research method,the main observation indexes including the recent vaginal bleeding after treatment;Menstrual volume integral change;Changes of plasma hemoglobin content;The improvement of TCM symptoms,the change of TCM syndrome score,the collection of relevant clinical data,statistical analysis,and the evaluation of its clinical efficacy.Results:1.Short-term efficacy of vaginal hemostasis: the total effective rate after treatment was 96.7%,and the quick effect rate was 30.0% in 9 cases.16 cases(53.3%)showed significant effect.Effective 4 cases(13.3%);One invalid case(3.3%).2.Menstrual volume score: after treatment,the menstrual volume score was significantly lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Plasma hemoglobin content: after treatment,the plasma hemoglobin content was higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate after treatment was 93.3%,and 9 cases were cured(30.0%).13 cases(43.3%)showed positive efficacy.Effective 6 cases(20.0%);Invalid 2 cases(6.7%).5.TCM syndrome score and single score of TCM syndrome: the syndrome score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the clinical efficacy was significant(P<0.05).The single score of TCM syndromes after treatment decreased to a certain extent compared with that before treatment,indicating that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guben Anxue decoction can effectively improve the amount of blood leakage during the perimenopausal period of kidney deficiency,improve the level of hemoglobin,and have a significant effect on hemostasis.2.Guben Anxue decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal collapse patients with kidney deficiency,and reduce the TCM syndrome score and single TCM syndrome score.
