| Objective:To observe the effect of guben zhixiao decoction on TCM syndrome score,ACT score and serum IFN-level in patients with chronic asthma(lung and kidney Yang deficiency),and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:From April 2018 to November 2018,70 patients with chronic asthma(lung and kidney Yang deficiency)admitted to the outpatient department of the respiratory department in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,35 cases were treated with guben zhixiao decoction,one dose per day,decoct in water and take 150 ml each morning and evening after meals.In the control group,35 patients were given salmeterotecasone powder inhalation,every time one suck(50μg salmeterol and 250μg fluticasone propionate),two times a day for 4 weeks.Among them,1 case was lost to follow-up in the treatment group,and 1 case was excluded for not using the prescribed medicine,and 33 cases were actually completed.In the control group,2 cases were excluded for not using the prescribed medicine,and 33 cases were actually completed.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome points and ACT scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the changes in serum IFN-content of the patients before and after treatment were detected.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the control group was 81.82%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);asthma was improved in both groups after treatment,but there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.ACT scores of patients in both groups increased after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the content of IFN-γ increased in both groups,but there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.There was no clinical significance in the detection of safety indexes before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:1.Guben zhixiao decoction can improve TCM symptoms and pulmonary asthma in patients with chronic asthma(lung-kidney-yang deficiency).2.Guben zhixiao decoction can improve the ACT score of patients with chronic asthma(lung and kidney Yang deficiency).3.Guben zhixiao decoction can increase the content of IFN-in the serum of patients with chronic asthma.4.Guben zhixiao soup is safe and effective. |
