| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sini powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods: The trial selected 40 patients from January 2019 to December 2019.These patients who meet the inclusion criteria are outpatients,and they come from the Third Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using the method of comparing oneself before and after treatment.The patient continued to take oral conventional medication,and then added Sini powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction.Fill out the observation form once a week and record all data(Including the number of angina attacks,duration,pain level,nitroglycerin dosage and TCM syndrome performance,etc).After 2 weeks of treatment,observe the patients’ TCM syndromes,angina pectoris symptoms and nitroglycerin dose changes to evaluate their therapeutic effects.Results:1.TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the syndrome score(8.03 ±2.92)decreased compared with before treatment(17.97 ± 4.56),and the decrease in the second week was more than that in the first week,the difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05);The total effective rate is92.31%.2.Angina score: After treatment,the total angina score(8.87 ± 3.69)decreased compared with before treatment(17.79 ± 3.14),and the decrease was more obvious in the second week than in the first week,the difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05);the total effective rate was 87.18%.3.The situation of taking nitroglycerin: the dosage was significantly reduced after treatment,and the reduction in the second week was more than that in the first week,the difference was statistically significant(P(27)0.05);and the final stop and decrease ratio is 92.31%.Conclusion:1.Sini powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively improve the performance of TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease;2.Sini powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease;3.Sini powder combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively reduce the daily intake of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)of coronary heart disease. |
