Clinical Observation Of Scalp Clusterac Upuncture Combined With Heat Sensitive Mox Ibustion In Treating Liver And Kidney Defici Ency Type Post Stroke Depression

Objective:To study the clinical effect of scalp cluster acupunctu re combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in treating liver and kid ney deficiency type post-stroke depression.It provides a new way to find more effective methods of diagnosis and treatment for the China clinical treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type post-stroke de pression.Methods:Using the random number table method,60 patients w ho met the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke depression with deficien cy of liver and kidney were randomly divided into the treatment grou p and the control group according to the order of their first visit,wi th 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated by sca 1p cluster acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion,whil e the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture.The tre atment period was 2 weeks.The evaluation of HAMD score,NIHSS s core,Barthel score and TCM syndrome score were analyzed before a nd after treatment,and SPSS25.0 software was used for data analysis to compare the differences between and within groups before and aft er treatment.After the completion of all treatment courses,the overal 1 efficacy of depression degree was evaluated by the percentage of i mprovement in the total HAMD scoresResults:1.The scores of depression scale,stroke scale and Barthel index in both groups after 2 weeks of treatment were improved compared with those before treatment.After treatment,the total scores of each scale were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05),and t he improvement of each scale score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.After the whole treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in b oth groups were reduced and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Among t hem,the scores of soreness in waist and knee,slow reaction,loss of diet and insomnia syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).3.Efficacy determination:the total effective rate of the treatmen t group was 90%and the control group was 83.3%.The overall effec tive rate of the two groups was statistically compared,and the differ ence was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both scalp cluster acupuncture combined with heat sensitive m oxibustion therapy and conventional acupuncture therapy are effective in treating post-stroke depression with liver and kidney deficiency,a nd the therapeutic effect of scalp cluster acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion is better than that of conventional acupunc ture.2.The effect of scalp cluster acupuncture combined with heat se nsitive moxibustion on improving TCM symptoms of post-stroke depre ssion patients with liver and kidney deficiency is more significant th an that of conventional acupuncture.3.The effect of scalp cluster acupuncture combined with heat se nsitive moxibustion on restoring neurological function and daily livin g ability of post-stroke depression patients with liver and kidney defi ciency is better than that of conventional acupuncture.
