Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion mainly on San Yinjiao(SP.6)Tai Xi(KI.3)point in the treatment of spleen-kidney deficiency dementia,and to provide a new therapeutic method.Methods:60 patients with spleen-kidney deficiency dementia who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group which uses warm acupuncture San Yinjiao(SP.6)Tai Xi(KI.3)acupoint mainly combined with conventional acupuncture and the control group which uses conventional acupuncture.According to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated once a day for 6 consecutive days per week and rested for 1 day per week for 4 consecutive weeks.In terms of efficacy evaluation,scores of the simple intelligent state(MMSE)ability to live daily(ADL)Chinese medicine syndrome(SDSD)scale were scored before and after treatment respectively.Results:1.In the MMSE score scale,the scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the score of the treatment group increased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the ADL score scale,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the SDSD score scale,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Needle warming moxibustion on mainly point San Yinjiao(SP.6)Tai Xi(KI.3)combined with conventional acupuncture treatment of dementia of type of spleen-kidney deficiency has clinical curative effect.2.Needle warming moxibustion on mainly point San Yinjiao(SP.6)Tai Xi(KI.3)combined with conventional acupuncture treatment can improve the ability of cognizance and daily living of patients with dementia of type of spleen-kidney deficiency is significant,better than conventional acupuncture treatment.3.Needle warming moxibustion on mainly point San Yinjiao(SP.6)Tai Xi(KI.3)combined with conventional acupuncture treatment can improve TCM syndrome of patients with dementia of type of spleen-kidney deficiency is significant,better than conventional acupuncture treatment.
