| Purpose:The patients with spleen deficiency type insomnia were treated with warm acupuncture.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,the Asens Insomnia Scale and the Spleen Deficiency Symptom Score Table were used to evaluate the sleep journals and clinical symptoms before and after treatment.The curative effect of warm acupuncture on spleen deficiency type insomnia was judged by observing the changes of various scores.Comparison of clinical effects of warming-needling moxibustion therapy and common acupuncture on spleen deficiency type insomnia,and provide basis for clinical treatment.Material and method:The case was obtained from the Department of Encephalopathy Rehabilitation,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the outpatients from March 2018 to December 2018.Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected.Randomized digital table method was divided into treatment group(warming-needling moxibustion)and control group(common acupuncture),30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given warming-needling moxibustion,the control group was given common acupuncture,once every other day(three times a week),two weeks for one course of treatment,and two courses of treatment.The scores before and after treatment were collected,and the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS22.0 software package.Results:1.The PSQI scale,AIS scale score,and spleen deficiency symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The PSQI scale score,AIS scale score and spleen deficiency symptom score of the two groups were compared between the two groups.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,1 case was cured,9 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 73.33%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Warming-needling moxibustion treatment of spleen deficiency type insomnia is effective,the effect is better than common acupuncture。。2.Warming-needling moxibustion can significantly improve the symptoms of spleen deficiency,and the effect is better than common acupuncture.。... |
