Objective: Differentiation and consistency of blood flow under the eyes observed by optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)for different types of behavior. Methods: The results were statistically analyzed by selecting 160 eyes from 160 normal patients aged 20 to 40 and examining the type A behavioral type scale and optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA).Results: The macular vascular density(MVD)in the superficial retinal layer, deep retinal layer and the videodisc blood flow density was0.4776±0.0203,0.5336±0.0100,0.5652±0.0168 in the type A behavior;0.4807±0.0237,0.5356±0.0119,0.5673±0.0149 in the Intermediate Type A behavior;0.4860±0.0204,0.5384±0.0112,0.5705±0.0148 in the Intermediate Type B behavior;and 0.4900±0.0245,0.5414±0.1448,0.5724±0.0151 in the type B behavior. The blood flow density in the superficial retina, deep retina and optic disc between type A and type B was statistically significant(P value was 0.014,0.004,0.038 respectively). There was no significant difference between the other groups. Conclusions: The macular vascular density(MVD)in the superficial retinal layer, deep retinal layer and the videodisc blood flow density in type A behavior type group were lower than the remaining behavior type groups. The results show that both the macular area and the optic disc appear ischemia. For type A behavior crowd should be compared with the normal crowd relatively more frequent eye physical monitoring, especially the Fundus blood flow related examination, contribute to the early detection of eye diseases;for patients with type A behavior type of eye disease, the consolidation effect can be further enhanced by improving the ocular blood circulation while treating the primary disease, thus obtaining a better prognosis.
