| Objective:To study the effect of injecting platelet rich plasma into the temporomandibular joint superior cavity on the treatment of temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis,and provide a new treatment for temporomandibular j oint osteoarthrosis.Methods:Before the treatment,3 months and 6 months after the treatment,the opening degree was measured,and the pain degree and joint bounce were quantified by visual analogue scale.SPSS 24.0 was used to analyze the data of each group,and the imaging changes of condylar bone quality were compared before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results:A total of 27 patients were included in this study,of which 15 patients were assigned to the chitin group and 12 patients were assigned to the PRP group.There was no significant difference in gender between the two groups(P>0.05).1.Intra group effect model of maximum opening degree:time factor effect test P<0.05,time factor and grouping factor interaction analysis of variance P>0.05.The model test of the effect between groups with maximum opening degree P<0.05;2.Intra group effect model of pain degree:time factor effect test(P<0.05),time factor and grouping factor interaction analysis of variance(P<0.05).The model test of pain degree between groups P>0.05.However,there was significant difference between the two groups at 6 months(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the pain reduction effect of platelet rich plasma group is better than that of chitosan group.Grouping factors play an auxiliary role.3.Joint bounce:there was no significant difference between the two groups.4.During the treatment and follow-up,we found that PRP was better than chitin in condylar reconstruction,but its corresponding complications were more than chitin.Conclusion:The effect of platelet rich plasma on the improvement of the opening degree and pain degree of TMJ patients and the reconstruction of condylar bone is better than that of chitin.However,there was no significant difference between the therapeutic effect of improving platelet rich plasma and that of chitin.And it should be noted that the incidence of complications associated with the injection of platelet rich plasma into the TMJ may be higher than that of chitin. |
