| Objective: Dyslipidemia is a chronic disease with occult incidence and has a close relation with dietary. In present study,we used a cross-sectional survey to assess the distribution characteristics of dyslipidemia of students in Qingdao University and to know the food intake and specific nutrient intake. And then explore the relationship between dietary factors and dyslipidemia, and analyze the protective factors and risk factors of dyslipidemia, provide the reasonable diet of college students. Methods: This study was carried out in Qingdao University in 2018,using a same way to conduct questionnaire survey, physical measurement and laboratory test for the respondents. The survey included general demographic characteristics, family history for dyslipidemia and food frequency questionnaire. The type, intake frequency and intake of each food in the past year of subjects were investigated and the data were used to calculate the daily energy intake and the nutrients for each person by using the diet software,MX2(nccwmx2 / nccw12.0).Each intake was divided into groups by quartile method. They were divided into four groups: the lowest intake group(Q1),the lower intake group(Q2),the higher intake group(Q3),and the highest intake group(Q4).Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of dyslipidemia. The odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(CI)were presented.Result: The results of present study showed that 381 of 5,509 subjects had dyslipidemia, and more men than women had dyslipidemia.Dyslipidemia had higher body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference,BMI,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. The prevalence of hypertension, obesity, overweight and hyperuricemia with dyslipidemia was also significantly higher than that of the normal one.Logistic regression analysis showed that sex(women)(OR = 0.31,95% CI: 0.25-0.39),hypertension(OR = 2.14,95% CI: 1.58-3.68),hyperuricemia(OR = 2.40,95% CI: 1.94-2.96),overweight(OR = 3.40,95% CI: 2.64-4.37),obesity(OR = 5.88,95% CI: 4.31-8.03),grains(Q4:Q1,OR = 0.65,95% CI: 0.45-0.95),viscera(Q4:Q1,OR = 1.19,95% CI: 1.00-1.72),vegetables(Q4:Q1,OR = 0.59,95% CI: 0.41-0.83),sugared drinks(Q4:Q1,OR = 1.39,95% CI: 1.01-1.93),fat(Q4:Q1,OR = 1.53,95% CI: 1.05-2.23),carbohydrate(Q2:Q1,OR = 0.70,95% CI: 0.50-0.97),vitamin B1(Q2: Q1,OR = 0.71,95% CI: 0.50-0.99),vitamin PP(Q2:Q1,OR = 0.67,95% CI: 0.49-0.91),selenium(Q2:Q1,OR = 0.56,95% CI: 0.40-0.79),phosphorus(Q2:Q1,OR = 0.69,95% CI: 0.49-0.97),zinc(Q2:Q1,OR = 0.67,95% CI: 0.47-0.94),dietary fiber(Q4:Q1,OR = 0.54,95% CI: 0.35-0.74),monounsaturated fatty acids(Q3:Q1,OR = 0.68,95% CI: 0.48-0.97),polyunsaturated fatty acids(Q3:Q1,OR = 0.63,95% CI: 0.44-0.90),were statistically correlated with the risk of dyslipidemia. Conclusion:The prevalence of dyslipidemia of college students in Qingdao University of Shandong Province is 6.9%,mainly is low high density lipoprotein cholesterol. The prevalence of men is higher than that of women. Those with dyslipidemia are more prone to overweight, obesity, hypertension and hyperuricemia. The intake of grains, vegetable, dietary fiber and moderate intake of carbohydrate, vitamin B1,vitamin PP,selenium, phosphorus, zinc, unsaturated fatty acids are the protective factors of dyslipidemia, while hypertension, hyperuricemia, overweight, obesity, the intakes of viscera, sweetened beverage and fat are the risk factors of dyslipidemia. |
