| At Present,Our country is working hard to build the basic safety guarantee system,and the surgical room with high security risks is the focus of safety.At the same time,with the development of medical technology and the improvement of the quality surgery,this puts higher demands on the operators and the environment.However,many hospitals currently do not have an information system to fully control the daily work of the operation room.Therefor,how to standardize the medical behavior of medical staff in the operating room and improve the cleanliness and management practices,as well as a comprehensive control of the consumables and instruments in the operation room have become a problem in many hospitals,and also a problem that must be solved.The integration of information technology and IoT RFID technology to build a full-process operation room management system has become a future development trend.This Thesis first expounds the status quo of informatization construction of operating rooms at home and abroad,and then combines the operating room norms and the actual situation of domestic operating rooms,applying RFID technology to design a set of standardized processes covering the daily work of the operating room.The main functional modules of the system are clarified,and the design and implementation scheme of the system is proposed.Based on this,the following work is mainly carried out:Firstly,combining the system application scenarios and mainstream technologies to choose the architecture of the development system and the technology stack used.Decided to adopt the service-oriented software architecture combined with the design idea of micro-services,the client implementation uses WPF technology,and the database uses Oracle to implement the system.Secondly,according to the daily operation specifications of the operating room and taking into the special environment of it,the system is designed into five modules: personnel admission module,medical staff behavior management module,drug management module,high value consumables management module and surgical instrument management module.The workflow of each module was designed,and the performance indicators and design schemes of the system were also proposed.Finally,based on the system requirements and functional requirements,I were studied the microservices,WebAPI,message middleware,WPF,etc.And implemented the functions of the above five modules.Finally,by building a client-server development/test environment,each functional module of the system was tested to ensure stable operation of the system.At present,the system has been successfully implemented and deployed in large-scale Tertiary Hospital such as the people of Jiangsu Province Hospital and Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.The project has proved that the system improves the information management level of the operating room,saves management costs and ensures safe and efficient operation of it.This shows that the construction of the operating room management system has a certain role in promoting the economic and social benefits of the hospital. |
