| Research Purpose:To describe the status of self-perceived aging,self-efficacy,and healthy behaviors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease;discuss the influencing factors of healthy behavior in elderly patients with coronary heart disease;analyze the correlation between self-perceived aging,self-efficacy,and healthy behaviors in elderly patient with coronary heart disease; To explore and verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the self-perceived aging and healthy behaviors of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and provide a theoretical basis for promoting the active aging of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and the adoption of healthy behaviors.Research Methods:In this study,a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was used to facilitate the questionnaire survey of 284 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the cardiology department of a top three hospital in Zhejiang Province from February 2019 to September 2019.Research tools include general condition questionnaire,self-perceived aging questionnaire(APQ),chronic disease self-efficacy scale and Chinese version of health promotion lifestyle scale(HPLP-ⅡC),which measure the general demographic data and disease related of elderly patients with coronary heart disease Information,self-perceived aging,self-efficacy and healthy behaviors. In this study,an Excel table was used to input data, and SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Specific statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis,t-test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the use of AMOS23.0 to construct structural equation models for intermediary effect analysis, and the use of Bootstrap method for intermediary effect test.Research Results:1.The scores of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease in various dimensions of self-perception aging, from high to low are positive control(3.75 ± 0.52),positive result(3.63 ±0.55),acute / chronic time(3.12 ± 0.65),cycle Temporal(3.08 ± 0.57),negative results(2.90 ±0.55),emotional characterization(2.79 ± 0.71),negative control dimension(2.75 ± 0.41).The average self-efficacy score of elderly patients with coronary heart disease was(34.27 ± 10.07),and the item score was(5.71 ± 1.67).The average score of health behavior of elderly patientswith coronary heart disease was(99.14 ± 15.38),and the item score was(2.52 ± 0.38).2.Single factor analysis showed that the age, sex, marital status, education level, place of residence, living style, previous occupation, medical security form, family monthly income per capita, previous hospitalization due to coronary heart disease, smoking history,The course of disease and the number of comorbidities differed in health behavior scores(P <0.05).3.Correlation analysis results show that the acute / chronic time, cycle time, emotional representation, negative control, negative control, negative results of self-perceived aging in elderly patients with coronary heart disease are negatively correlated with self-efficacy(P <0.01),positive control, positive results dimension It was positively correlated with self-efficacy(P<0.01).The self-efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease was positively correlated with the total score of healthy behaviors and various dimensions(P <0.01).Elderly patients with coronary heart disease self-perceived the acute / chronic time, cycle time, emotional representation, negative control, negative results were negatively correlated with the total score of healthy behaviors and various dimensions(P <0.05),positive control, positive results dimension and The total score of health behaviors and all dimensions were positively correlated(P <0.01).4.The analysis of intermediary effect shows that the self-efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease plays a partial intermediary role in the positive perception of the impact of aging on their health behaviors, and the intermediary effect accounts for 34.09% of the total effect; The influence plays a part of intermediary role, and the intermediary effect accounts for 35.37% of the total effect.Research Conclusion:1.The degree of self-perceived aging of elderly patients with coronary heart disease is at a moderate level. The entries of each dimension are evenly divided. The positive control dimension has the highest score, and the negative control dimension has the lowest score. The self-efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease is generally at a moderate level. The health behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease is generally at a general level.Among the items of all dimensions, the nutrition dimension score is the highest, and the sports dimension score is the lowest.2.In general information, education level, living style, and previous hospitalizations for coronary heart disease are the main factors that affect the health behavior of elderly patients withcoronary heart disease.3.The acute / chronic time, cycle time, emotional representation, negative control, negative outcome dimension of the self-perceived aging scale of elderly patients with coronary heart disease are negatively correlated with self-efficacy,total score of healthy behaviors and various dimensions;positive control of self-perceived aging. The positive outcome dimension is positively correlated with self-efficacy,overall health behavior score, and various dimensions.Self-efficacy is positively correlated with the total score of healthy behaviors and various dimensions. That is,the higher the level of self-efficacy,the more positive the patient’s health behavior, and self-efficacy has a positive effect on health behavior.4.The self-efficacy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease plays a partial intermediary role between self-perceived aging and healthy behaviors.Self-perceived aging can directly affect healthy behaviors or indirectly through self-efficacy. |
