| Background Keloids is dermatological department hyperplastic dermatosis with a genetic predisposition,which is caused by excessive collagen fibers deposition.Keloids generally occurs in adolescents,and the patiens often has a history of trauma or surgery before onset.Although scar a knot in one’s physical health harmless to the body,Keloids often affect beautiful and affect the scar a knot in one’s physical and mental health of patients.However,there are few studies on the etiology,prevalence,factors and other epidemiological characteristics of scar tissue.Objective This study collected a large number of patients with keloids,discussed the epidemiological characteristics and clinical treatment of keloid in China.Subjects and Methods A total of 1226 cases of keloid patients were investigated by questionnaire,and the SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze them.The main test methods are t test and χ~2 test.Results(1).Men and women at the age of 10-30 peak onset,the average age of onset of male was 29+12.27 years old,the average age of the women was 33.32+14.54,which had no significant difference(P>0.05);(2).Before the onset of the disease,the hair is The most common sites were the anterior thoracic region(67.8%),the scapula(8.9%)and the upper limb in the investigation of the site of the disease.(4).The survey in the number of cases,single and multiple are common,which had no significant difference(P>0.05),but a number of cases in different gender performance is different,which is(34.7%)had significant itching symptoms in 1226 patients,while 89 cases(7.3%)had obvious pain.The severity of symptoms was not related to the type and sex of the skin trauma(includs burns,sunburn,skin)surgery and skin infection.(7).The investigation form of skin lesions,we can scar according to the appearance shape can be divided into three kinds of common forms of a crab shaped,spherical and banded,1226cases of keloid lesions were found in 326 cases of the crab like,strip scar in 560 cases,339 spherical scars in 339 cases,accounted for 26.6%and 45.7%.27.7%.Conclusions Firstly,there was no significant gender difference in the onset of keloid and no significant relationship between disease and weight,which is good for young people.secondly,there are many cases of single scar in female patients.In terms of risk factors,trauma and operation history were more common,which was more likely to cause progressive keloids.Lastly,patients with symptoms are more itchy,and the severity of the symptoms is not associated with the type of disease and sex.The effect of single treatment of clinical therapy is poor,and many methods are used combined with multiple methods.The effect of radiotherapy combined with radiotherapy is the best. |
