Research On The Present Situation And Its Countermeasure Of Occupational Health Management In Lucheng District Of Wenzhou City

The number of workers affected by occupational diseases in China is increasing,and the range of occupational diseases in various industries is becoming wider and wider.The hazards of occupational diseases are converging from large and medium-sized enterprises to small and medium enterprises.In Wenzhou area,most of the enterprises are small and medium-sized private enterprises,which generally pay no attention to the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases,making the situation of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in Wenzhou not optimistic,to some extent,occupational health is restricting social civilization and healthy development of Wenzhou economy.Supervision by government departments is a means of administrative management for Occupational Disease Prevention and treatment.This paper discusses the current situation of occupational health supervision in Wenzhou Lucheng District,finds out the outstanding problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.The Tossing out a brick to get a jade gem will provide relevant basis for Lucheng District to improve its occupational health measures,also provides the reference for other areas occupational health supervision work.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the research progress of Occupational Health Supervision and management at home and abroad,and emphatically describes the present situation,concrete measures and effects of occupational health supervision and management in Lucheng District,lay The foundation for the next analysis of the problem.Then,in the context of the current state of regulation,it is pointed out that there are some problems in Lucheng District occupational health supervision,such as the weak work foundation,the serious shortage of supervision funds,the need to improve the service quality of occupationalhealth agencies,and the need to strengthen the information construction of occupational health supervision.Finally,combining with the reality of safety supervision work in Lucheng District,all departments should work together to achieve platform integration and data sharing,and the supervision departments should strictly enforce the law to reduce the occurrence of occupational hazards from the source,measures such as increasing investment and strengthening institutional strengthening will provide the impetus for Lucheng District's occupational health surveillance and management,create a favourable business environment and further promote the socio-economic transformation and upgrading of Lucheng District.
