| Objective To compare the value of 3D-ERUS and defecography in diagnosing rectocele.Methods 84 patients with OOC were selected from May 2016 to Novermber2017.And they were examined by 3D-ERUS and defecography in turns.The diagnosing results of these two examinations in rectocele were comparatively analyzed.The extents of rectocele and complications were reviewed and the complications were recorded.And compare the satisfaction degree and correlation numerical measurements of the two methods.Finally statistical analysis was done with Wexner rating scale as the standard.Symptoms are classified light,medium,heavy three degrees,and sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value,positive predictive value and accuracy of two imaging methods were calculated.Correlation between two imaging methods and lesion size was analyzed by linear correlation analysis.Results Sensitivity of 3D-ERUS and DFG WAS 95.46 %、68.62%,respectively,their specificit was 73.58%、56.28%,respectively,their negative predictive value was 82.50%、31.66%,respectively,their positive predictive value was 95.18%、82.54%,and their accuracy was 92.56%、67.32%.Sensitivity,specificit,negative predictive value andaccuracy,positive predictive value and accuracy of diagnosis the correction of 3D-ERUS standard ofdiagnosis and the patients’ symptom are higher than DFG.Seventy cases of rectocele were positive and fourteen cases were negative in 3D-ERUS,and in DFG sixty cases were positive and twenty were negative.fifty-six cases of rectocele were diagnosed by both 3D-ERUS and DFG.There was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The rectocele degrees had significant difference(P<0.05)between two methods.The extents of lesions were more severe at X-ray defecography than these at 3D-endoanal ultrasound.The ratio of correct diagnosis of rectovaginal septa were higher at 3D-endoanal ultrasound than these at X-ray defecography.Conclusions Between the two diagnosis methods,the diagnosis value of RC is higher than DFG in correction of symptom and data measurement.so choose a better imaging method can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.3D-ERUS has advantages in diagnosing rectocele such as rapid、reliable、diagnosis,simple、noninvasive operation and low cost.The image can rotate in multiple directions.3D-endoanal ultrasound can be used to diagnose rectocele. |
