Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Gas-desmoy Hemorrhagic Chronic Heart Failure With Professor Zhou Yabin's Yangxin Decoction

OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of TCM syndrome score scale,NYHA cardiac function grade,6-minute walking distance and Plasma N terminal B natriuretic peptide(NT-pro-BNP)level before and after treatment of chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to explore the clinical effect of Professor Zhou Yabin using Yangxin decoction to treat chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.METHODS: The patients were treated from January 2019 to December 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Professor Zhou Yabin outpatient,and met the inclusion criteria of 60 patients with chronic heart failure,before and after the treatment of self-control study.All the patients were treated with Yangxin decoction(NXD)for 2 weeks from the date of diagnosis.The changes of TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function grade,6 minutes walking distance,Plasma N terminal B natriuretic peptide(NT-pro-BNP)level were recorded before and after 2 weeks.The results data were analyzed statistically with SPSS24.0 to evaluate the clinical effect of Yangxin decoction.RESULTS: In this experiment,60 cases met the inclusion criteria,while 1 case fell off,so that 59 cases were observed eventually.1.Comparison of TCM symptom score: After treatment,TCM symptom score decreased significantly(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 96.61%.2.Comparison of NYHA Cardiac Function Classification: After treatment,the grading of cardiac function was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of improvement of cardiac function grading was 91.53%.3.Comparison of Plasma NT-pro-BNP values: The plasma NT-pro-BNP level of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of 6-minute walk test: After treatment,the walking distance of 6 minutes was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 89.83%.CONCLUSION: 1.Professor Zhou Yabin used Yangxin decoction to treat Qi deficiency and blood stasis type heart failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce TCM symptom score.2.Professor Zhou Yabin used Yangxin decoction to treat Qi deficiency and blood stasis type heart failure can effectively reduce the NYHA heart function grade and plasma NT-pro-BNP level of patients,and significantly increase the distance of 6 minutes walking test.
