| Purpose: Observing the traditional Chinese medicine Bufei Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of heart and lung deficiency of blood stasis type of Ischemist Heart Failure(IHF),who’s clinical efficacy, exploring that the traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with hear failure.Material and method:For 60 patients with Ischemist Heart Failure which was classified as qi-deficiency and blood stasis,they were randomly divided into control and treatment group and each of them was respectived 30 cases.The control group was given western medicine standardized treatment of Ischemist Heart Failure, The treatment group to add Chinese medicine of Bufei Yangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group. Continuous treatment for 3 months,comparing the index of two groups of patients before and after treatment,including classification of Cardiac function,NT-pro BNP, Left ventricular ejection fraction value(LVEF), the correlation index of 6MWT,clinical symptoms and quality of life core points scoring results,observing the clinical curative effect of Bufei Yangxin Decoction.Results:Two groups of patients with cardiac functional grading after treatment were improved, and the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.01). Two groups of patients with BNP levels after treatment were lower, and the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05). 3.Two groups of patients with Left ventricular ejection fraction value(LVEF)after treatment were increased, however the two groups compared with each other after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). 4.Two groups of patients with 6MWT distance after treatment were increased, and the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.01). 5.Two groups of patients with TCM symptom score after treatment were lower,and the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05). 6.Two groups of patients with quality of life scale scores after treatment were decreased,and the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Bufei Yangxin Decoction can improve the cardiac function and the 6 MWT distance,reduce the BNP levels,in patients with Ischemist Heart Failure. Bufei Yangxin Decoction can ameliorate patient’s clinical symptoms and the quality of life in patients with Ischemist Heart Failure.Bufei Yangxin Decoction can can improvethe value of LVEF in patients with Ischemist Heart Failure, but there was no significant difference compared with control group(P > 0.05). |
