Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect between distal acupoints along meridian plus exercising combined with penetration needling on yang meridians of back and simple penetration needling on yang meridians of back for lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis, and to explore the more effective treatment method of acupuncture for lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis. Methods:A total of 72 patients with lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis who met the criteria for inclusion and diagnosis were selected in the second acupuncture clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,it were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each one.The observation group used the method of distal acupoints along meridian plus exercising combined with penetration needling on yang meridians of back, the control group was treated with penetration needling on yang meridians of back. The treatments were given once a day,6 consecutive treatments a week,1 week as a course and 2 courses were required.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment of the patients as the main observation indicators of whether the symptoms are improved, and the nimodipine method was used to prepare the VAS reduction rate for evaluation, and Oswestry disability index(ODI)as the secondary observation indicators.SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the obtained data.Results:1.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score:Because the data does not follow the normal distribution,a non-parametric test was used, and two independent samples were tested using Mann-Whitney U test.(1)Before treatment:the VAS scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)Aftertreatment:the VAS score of the observation group wassignificantly improved after treatment(P<0.01);The VAS score of the control group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).(3)After treatment:Compared with the control group, the observation group improved significantly higher than thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Follow-up(after 1 month):Comparing the observation group with the control group, the improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Oswestry disability index(ODI):Since the data conforms to the normal distribution, the independent sample t test is used.(1)Before treatment:The dysfunction index of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable.(2)After treatment:The dysfunction index of the observation group improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01);The dysfunction index of the control group was significantly improved(P<0.01).(3)After treatment: Compared with the control group, the observation group's dysfunction index decreased more than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)Follow-up(after1 month):Comparing the observation group with the control group, the improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:Since the grouping index is a binary classification variable and the analysis index is an ordered multi-classification variable, the rank sum test is used. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,the control group was81.82%,the comparison between the two groups was P<0.01,it has statistical significance, indicating that the total effective rate of the observation group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Distal acupoints along meridian plus exercising combined with penetration needling on yang meridians of back can improve the VAS score and ODI of patients with lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis.2.Distal acupoints along meridian plus exercising combined with penetration needling on yang meridians of back have a better therapeutic effect than simple penetration needling on yang meridians of back in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis,it is an effective method to treat lumbar and back myofascial fasciitis.
