Analysis On Professor Huang Feng's Experience In Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease By Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective: To explore and sort out the characteristics of Professor Huang Feng in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,and further explore the clinical application of Professor Huang Feng in treatment,in order to provide guidance for better clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.Methods: The data of 55 patients with NAFLD treated by Professor Huang Feng using Chinese medicine from September 2017 to January 2020 were collected,and a total of 172 prescriptions were included in the initial and follow-up visits.The medicine is entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,and database is established.Using association rules to analyze common drug pairs.through the analysis of the improved mutual information method,drugs with a high correlation coefficient are obtained.Through complex entropy clustering algorithm to get the core combination.New prescriptions are obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.Analyze Professor Huang Feng's medication rules in the treatment of this disease,and further summarize Professor Huang Feng's diagnosis and treatment ideas and clinical experience in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Analyzing Professor Huang Feng's medication rules in the treatment of this disease,and further summarize Professor Huang Feng's diagnosis and treatment ideas and clinical experience in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Results: Professor Huang Feng used non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with more frequently used drugs: hawthorn,poria,turmeric,lotus leaf,Atractylodes,Guizhi,Chuanxiong,orange peel,Alisma,turmeric,astragalus,Puhuang,Bupleurum,malt,Codonopsis,licorice,etc.The efficacy classification of the drugs used is mainly tonifying and replenishing drug,heat-clearing drug,damp-draining diuretic,blood-activating and stasis-dispelling drug,and qi-regulating drug.Among them,tonifying and replenishing drug has the highest frequency of use.The frequency of drug use is in order of four qi attributions: warm,calm,cold,cool,and hot;according to the five flavors,it is sweet,bitter,pungent,sour,salty,and astringent;for meridians,the main focus is on the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lungmeridian,and kidney meridian channels.Commonly used drug pairs: Atractylodes-Poria,Poria-Hawthorn,Turmeric-Poria,Turmeric-Hawthorn,Guizhi-Poria,Hawthorn-Lotus,etc,9 core drugs.Drugs with high correlation coefficients: Bupleurum-Atractylodes macrocephala,Bupleurum-gardenia,Rehmannia glutinosa-Polygonum multiflorum,American ginseng-North Adenophora,etc.There are 32 common drug core combinations and 16 new prescriptions.Conclusion: Professor Huang Feng believes that the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is deficiency of spleen and kidney,failure of liver function,and failure of lung in purification.Professor Huang Feng has distinctive characteristics in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Through data mining,it is confirmed that Professor Huang Feng's prescription for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has certain rules,and has personal characteristics in terms of the four qi,five flavors,meridian,common drug pairs and core combination rules.In the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,Professor Huang Feng emphasize regulating and tonifying five zang viscera,as well as resloving phlegm,removing blood stasis,removing dampness and reduction of fever.
