| Objectives: The purpose of this research was by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software, to analyze and summarize my tutor Professor Liu Qiquan's experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG), in order to guide my future clinical work, and provide the reference for the inheritance of the old and famous TCM doctors' treatment experience.Methods: This research collected 108 cases of CAG patients' basic situation and the first clinical prescription that were treated by my tutor in Hebei Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from March 2013 to February 2016, then entered a software called the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)which had been developed and researched by The design team of new drugs of TCM belonged to the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, using the statistical reporting system and data analysis system of the software, to analyze and summarize my tutor's mentality of disease and syndrome differentiation, prescription rule and medication feature in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Results:1 Basic situation: 108 cases of patients had 64 cases of male and 44 cases of female; the largest number of people were at the age 51-70; the frequency in the former three of clinical symptoms from high to low respectively were stomach bilges, stomach pain, belching; According to the performance under gastroscope, the CAG with erosion is relatively more, and according to the pathological examination, most had intestinal metaplasia; according to the classification of diseases in TCM, 55 cases were gastric blockade, and 53 cases were epigastric pain; according to the classification of TCM syndromes,the most was qi-stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach, next was damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.2 Analysis of prescriptions: from the statistical results of the drugs' channel tropism in the prescriptions, showing that channel tropism of spleen,liver and stomach had the highest frequency, from the statistical results of the drugs' four characters, showing that the frequency of warm drugs and cold drugs were more, the proportion respectively was about 46.3% and 36.4%; a total of 108 drugs were used in the prescriptions, and there were 36 drugs which were used more than 20 times, the frequency in the former fifteen of drugs that were used from high to low respectively were radix curcumae,dandelion, rhizoma corydalis, angelica sinensis, citrus medica, poria cocos,stone calamus, lily, radix paeoniae alba, radix bupleuri, radix scutellariae,roasted fructus aurantii immaturus, akebia fruit, rhizoma cyperi, cortex albiziae; according to the classification of the 108 drugs' efficacy, a total of 17 kinds of drugs were used, and the number of ingredients in the former five from high to low respectively were heat-clearing drugs, tonic drugs,qi-regulating drugs, blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs,damp-removing drugs; through the analysis of the association rules, showing that there were 25 groups of pair-drugs and 15 key drugs when the support degree was 80% and configence was 1.Conclusion:1 Based on the data mining technology, the patients' basic situation, the medication and the prescription rule can be collected and analyzed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software, this system provides a good platform for us to dig deep into and analyze the experience of the old and famous TCM doctors, it is beneficial to the summary and inheritance of the old and famous TCM doctors' treatment experience, so it is worthy of further promotion and application.2 By analyzing and summarizing the results of this research, it shows through the data that my tutor Professor Liu Qiquan thinks when treating CAG, the basic therapeutic principle is to regulate qi and resolve depression to drop the stomach gas peacefully, the key measure for preventing the vicious progression is to strengthen the body resistance, detoxicate, and eliminate stasis. In addition, Professor Liu uses Chinese herbal medicine roundly and flexibly, he regulates the five internal organs simultaneously, but focuses on the liver and spleen. Compatibility of medicines is rigorous in his prescriptions, and he is not only good at using pair-drugs but also treating CAG with compound methods. This research has played a guiding role for my future clinical work, also provides a reference for the further excavation and inheritance of Professor Liu Qiquan's experience in the treatment of CAG. |
