Objective: To study the relationship between systolic and diastolic indexes of early cardiac function and neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after PCI.Methods: From October 2018 to October 2019,patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI in the emergency green channel of the Fourth Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected to collect the blood routine, myocardial enzyme spectrum, troponin and other indicators before PCI,as well as the blood routine, liver function, renal function, blood lipid, ion indicators, myocardial enzyme spectrum, super sensitive troponin, atrial natriuretic peptide(BNP)after 24 hours of PCI The value of NLR was calculated by the index of hs CRP and the index of color Doppler echocardiography within one week after operation. The effects of NLR and related indexes on systolic and diastolic function were analyzed by statistical method. Results: The clinical baseline data showed that there were significant differences in myocardial zymogram,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,BNP,E / E ’and stent length in NLR greater than the median array, and the above indexes in NLR higher than the median array were significantly higher than that in NLR less than the median array.Regression analysis showed that the higher the preoperative NLR(P = 0.011,or = 1.127),the higher the postoperative CK-MB(P = 0.011,or = 1.005),the worse the postoperative systolic function, the results were statistically significant;age(P = 0.013,or = 1.055),the higher the preoperative NLR(P = 0.022,or = 1.208),the higher the postoperative CK-MB(P = 0.018,or = 1.005),the worse the postoperative diastolic function, the results were statistically significant;improve the subjects The working curve suggested that the preoperative NLR was better than the traditional inflammatory index such as CRP in the diagnosis of the impairment of systolic and diastolic function after PCI,and Pearson correlation analysis suggested that there was a correlation between preoperative NLR and hs CRP(r = 0.272,P = 0.015).Conclusion: NLR before PCI can predict the early postoperative cardiac function, and the higher the NLR,the worse the diastolic and systolic function.
