Objective:To collect clinical data of patients with hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome and summarize the clinical significance of detection of serum calcitonin and c-reactive protein in the clinical treatment of hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome,so as to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical treatment. Methods:This study used a retrospective case control method, using SPSS 23.0software for statistical processing, conform to the normal distribution of measurement data to mean + /-standard deviation(x + s)said, compares the two sample t test, and factor of single factor analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis to determine independent risk factors,P < 0.05 showed statistically significant difference. Results:By analyzing the clinical data of 50 patients with hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome found that patients with an average age, severity of disease is heavier, more complications, worse prognosis, the clinical severity of patients with hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome calcitonin(p = 0.03,0.01)and c-reactive protein(p = 0.04,0.02)was positively related to the rise of relationship,in addition, other factors analysis found that the WBC(p = 0.04),PLT(p = 0.016),PCT(p = 0.018),and BUN statistically significant(p =0.016),and the prognosis related relationship.Further analysis of the effects of procalcitonin and c-reactive protein on the prognosis of the survival group and the death group found that the levels of both were higher in the deathgroup than in the survival group, suggesting that the higher the levels of procalcitonin and c-reactive protein were, the more severe the associated infection symptoms were and the worse the prognosis. Conclusion:Serum levels of procalcitonin and c-reactive protein can reflect the severity of HFRS to some extent, and have high clinical sensitivity and specificity.Combined monitoring of serum calcitonin and c-reactive protein levels can provide a more reliable basis for disease progression and prognosis in patients with HFRS.Combined monitoring of serum calcitonin and c-reactive protein levels provides a reference for clinical treatment of HFRS..
