Cancer is a disease that threatens the physical and mental health of all people.In China,the death rate of cancer is only lower than that of accidental injuries,and it is the second leading cause of death in children under 14 years old.Cancer in a child can be a huge challenge for both the child and his family.As this is a disease that needs to be faced by the family for a long time,there will be all kinds of crises that the family has never encountered in the treatment process,and the family needs to adjust itself to deal with the challenges.In childhood cancer patients' families as the research object of this research,summarizes the related literature at home and abroad,on the basis of the theory of advantage perspective and family art force,through the case of intervention of social work practice,comparing the two cases in the family art force three elements: belief system,organization mode and communication advantages and disadvantages of the process,advantages,and develop and improve the family art.At the same time,the advantages and resources of the family should be used to find the dimensions and methods of social work intervention in children with cancer,and the participation of all family members should be encouraged,so as to promote the recovery of the family and enable the family to have the ability and resources to deal with the problems and crisis that have not yet occurred.At last,the author evaluates and reflects on the case work intervention,compares the differences between the two cases and their achievements,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the case intervention.Finally,the author summarized and prospected the application of research theory,practical experience,family resilience and individual level of the researcher.
