With the gradual improvement of medical standards and the extension of China’s average life expectancy,people’s demand for medical services and health is becoming more and more urgent.The trend of aging in China is becoming more and more obvious,and elderly care services have become the key work items in the current national medical and health care field.As the main body providing related health care,public hospitals have strong public welfare,and they are the key institutions for the elderly to choose medical treatment in China.In recent years,the Chinese government has purchased more modern medical equipment for public hospitals,which has increased the degree of specialization of elderly nursing in terms of configuration,but the professionalism of nursing services,especially the service level of first-line professional nursing staff,has lagged behind.In the nursing training conducted in many public hospitals,due to the short training time for senior nurses,the quality management system is not perfect,and there is a problem of poor training quality.Improving the current training plan,improving the professional service skills and vocational capabilities of geriatric nurses,and optimizing the human resources of geriatric specialist nursing in public hospitals have become an urgent task for human resources training in public hospitals.Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of resource equipment use is of great significance and value.This article is based on the PDCA model,using case analysis combined with questionnaire surveys,taking public hospital A as an example to investigate the training activities of elderly specialist nurses organized by the hospital,from training materials,training methods,trainers themselves,training environment deployment,training The six aspects of equipment and training evaluation analyze the current problems in the quality of training for elderly specialist nurses in public hospitals,and clarify the causes of the problems.On this basis,this paper builds a training quality management system,and divides the training plan improvement research into P stage,D stage,C stage,and A stage.And established the connection between the A phase and the P phase to form a closed-loop system of quality management,that is,the problems and resolution strategies reflected in the A phase are transferred to the P phase of the next training activity,and the training program has been improved many times to form a more complete The geriatric nurse training system achieves the purpose of improving the training quality,and provides a reference basis for the development of geriatric professional nursing work.
