Study On The Pathological Types And Risk Factors Of Gastric Polyps

Objectives Through the analysis of clinical data and pathological data of patients with gastric polyps,study the risk factors of gastric polyps and various pathological types of gastric polyps,and provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of gastric polyps.Methods 200 patients who were diagnosed as gastric polyps by gastroscopy from August 2016 to October 2018 in the Department of Gastroenterology,North China University of Technology Hospital were selected as the case group.A total of 200 patients who were diagnosed as chronic gastritis by upper gastrointestinal gastroscopy and received Helicobacter pylori examination in the Department of Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology during the same period were included in the control group.Collect the clinical data of the research subjects and the pathological data of the pathological types of gastric polyps,use SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,and screen the risk factors of gastric polyps and their various pathological types through univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results 1 Analysis of clinical characteristics of gastric polyps and analysis of influencing factors Gastric gland polyps are the most common among various pathological types of gastric polyps,accounting for 59%;there are differences in the gender composition of various pathological types of gastric polyps(P<0.05),and the composition between age groups There is no difference.Univariate analysis showed that the use of PPI,dyslipidemia,and chronic atrophic gastritis were related to the occurrence of gastric polyps,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the use of PPI(OR=1.54,95%CI 1.036?2.330),dyslipidemia(OR=1.594,95%CI 1.054?2.410),chronic atrophic gastritis(OR=1.707,95%CI 1.122?2.596)are risk factors for gastric polyps.2 Analysis of risk factors for gastric polyps of various pathological types Single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis found that Hp infection(OR=3.084,95%CI 1.277?7.753)was a risk factor for proliferative polyps;using PPI(OR=1.984,95%CI 1.236?3.186),chronic atrophic gastritis(OR=1.965,95% CI 1.208?3.194)is a risk factor for gastric polyps;Hp infection(OR=2.308,95% CI 1.204 ? 4.427),dyslipidemia(OR=2.707,95%CI 1.411 ? 5.196)are risk factors for inflammatory polyps;Hp infection(OR=7.203,95%CI 1.672?31.037),chronic atrophic gastritis(OR=5.546,95%CI 1.443?21.310),blood lipids Abnormality(OR=6.108,95% CI 1.445?25.810)is a risk factor for adenomatous polyps.Conclusions 1 Among the pathological types of gastric polyps,gastric gland polyps are the most common.2 The risk factor for hyperplastic polyps is Hp infection.3 The risk factors for gastric polyps are PPI and chronic atrophic gastritis.4 The risk factors for inflammatory polyps are Hp infection and dyslipidemia.5 Risk factors for adenomatous polyps are Hp infection,chronic atrophic gastritis and dyslipidemia.Figure 1;Table 13;Reference 120...
