The Clinical Observation Of"LiPi Huanxiao Fang"in Treating Children Asthma In Delayed Period(Wind-Phlegm Love Lung,Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency TyPe)

Objective: This article is mainly to observe the clinical efficacy of the mentor Professor Wan Ying's experience prescription "Li Pi Huanxiao Fang" in treating children with asthma Prolonged period.Combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical curative effect,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of delayed asthma in children were observed and studied to provide clinical experience for the treatment of delayed bronchial asthma in children.Methods: The observation objects of this study were all from the Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM 70 outpatients who met the prolonged period of childhood asthma(wind phlegm love lung,lung and spleen qi deficiency),and randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 35 cases each.The experimental group received "Li Pi Huanxiao Fang ",and the control group received " Xiaoer Feike Granules".7 days is a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment are observed.Observe and record the improvement of clinical TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups,collate the data collected and recorded in the clinic,and use SPSS21 statistical software for data analysis.result: 1.A total of 70 patients were included in this study.A total of 5 patients fell off due to failure of follow-up visits and changes in the condition(1 in the experimental group and 4 in the control group).A total of 65 children were completed(34 in the experimental group),31 cases in the control group).After comparison,the baseline data(age,gender)and case completion of the two groups of children were not statistically significant,and were comparable(P> 0.05).2.After treatment,the primary and secondary scores and total scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.After statistical analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant.It is suggested that Li Pi Huanxiao Fang and Xiaoer Feike Granules are effective in the asthma delay period(wind phlegm love lung,lung and spleen Qi deficiency type).After treatment,the two groups P> 0.05 in respite,chest tightness,cough,and appetite,but P <0.05 in wheezing,sputum,spale or shabby,and sneezing,suggesting that Li Pi Huanxiao Fang is better than Xiaoer FeikeGranules in wheezing,sputum,pale or shabby,and sneezing in children with asthma delay;there is no significant difference in efficacy with Xiaoer Feike Granules in terms of respite,chest tightness,cough and appetite.3.Efficacy evaluation: 3 cases were cured clinically in the experimental group,22 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.06%;1 case was clinically cured in the control group,11 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.10%.According to the rank sum test analysis,P<0.05,there is a significant difference,which indicates that the clinical effect of Li Pi Huanxiao Fang is better than that of Xiaoer Feike Granules in the treatment of children asthma(wind phlegm love lung,lung and spleen Qi deficiency type).4.Safety evaluation: During the whole course of treatment,65 cases of the two groups of children had no abnormality in safety indicators such as liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram,no adverse reactions occurred,and they were safe to use.
