| Objectives:Remission stage of asthma is a systemic, long-termed process, resulting from several reasons including unmanageable compliance of sick kids and lacking of attentions from parents leading to insufficient treatments. The project is aiming to investigate the therapy that combines self-simulating traditional Chinese medicine self-simulation of San Yi Fang Chuan Tang to treat malfunctions in lung, spleen, and kidney during children's allergic asthma in remission stage, in order to explore a new method that easy for kids to follow, and additionally, better way compared to classic western medicine.Method: Commit the investigation of sixty one sick kid patients treated inSecond Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine dating from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015, each of them is asked to fill out a questionnaire. Randomly split them in to experimental group and control group, 31 and 30 patients respectively. Control group are given western medicine and Yu Ping Feng Ke Li, such as ICS?Leukotriene Modifier??2 receptor stimulant. Experimental group are given the therapy of taking self-simulating San Yi Fang Chuan Tang(Dang Shen?Huang Qi?Fu Ling?Bai Zhu?Shan Yao?Zhi Gan Cao?Ge Jie?Wu Wei Zi?Tu Si Zi?Mai Dong?Chen Pi) and desensitization in addition to regular western style treatments. Three months of treatment, and three extra months for subsequent investigation. Recordings are taken according to the following criterion: 1. Overall curative effect after treatments. 2. Frequency of asthma takes place, frequency of infections and duration are recorded as main criterion. 3. Cough, sweating, appetite and faeces status are recorded as Chinese medicine symptoms. 4. Frequency of asthma:_______ /3 months, Frequency of infections:_______ /3 months,Duration of asthma:_______ /3 months.Statistics analysis is conducted before and after treatments based on individual criterion.Result:In this investigation, 60 patients are recorded, in which 31 are male, 29 are female.1. Overall efficiency in experimental group and control group are respectively 93.55% and 80.00%, the result shows the significance(P<0.05)2. Before treatment asthma attack number of experimental group(2.90 + 0.75 times / month) and control group(287 + 0.681 3 months) had no significant difference(P > 0.05), after treatment in the experimental group(+ 0.87 0.85 times / 3 months) the frequency of asthma attack was significantly lower than that of the control group(+ 1.43 1.20 times / 3 months), experimental group in improving asthma episodes was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05);3. Treatment of asthma duration in the experimental group(390 + 0.746 days) and control group(3.73 + 0.785 days) without significant difference(P > 0.05), after treatment in the experimental group(239 + 1.706 days) and control group(2.50 + 1.656 days) group compared with significant difference(P < 0.05), in improving asthma attack last time, in the experimental group and the control group curative effect had no significant difference(P > 0.05)4. Treatment of respiratory tract infection number of experimental group(3.45 + 0.961 3 months) and control group(3.37 + 0.718 once every three months) had no significant difference(P > 0.05), after treatment, the experimental group(+ 1.26 0.514 once every three months) the number of respiratory tract infections was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.03 + 1.217 times / 3 months), the experimental group in to reduce the times of respiratory tract infection was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05)5. In the treatment of the experimental group before cough(+ 2.74 1.34), spontaneous perspiration(2.61 + 1.20), intake(2.29 + 1.22), stool(2.03 + 1.25) treatment group and control group were cough(2.73 + 1.14), spontaneous perspiration(2.67 + 1.06), feed intake(2.27 + 1.11) stool(2.07 + 1.26) TCM syndrome integral no obvious difference(P > 0.05) after treatment experimental group cough(+ 0.55 0.81), spontaneous perspiration(+ 0.65, 0.80), feed intake(0.48 + 0.51) stool(0.52 0.51) score was significantly lower than the control group cough(1.07 + 0.98), spontaneous perspiration(1.13 + 0.94), intake(1.33 + 1.10), stool(+ 1.07 1.08) in improve TCM Hou integral aspects of the experimental group is better than control group(P < 0.05);6. The number of asthma attacks during follow-up, the experimental group(0.80 + 0.90 /3 months) was significantly lower than the control group(1.46 + 1.07 /3 months), the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05) in the long-term improvement of the number of asthma attacks.Conclusion: self-simulation of San Yi Fang Chuan Tang to treat children's allergic asthma in remission stage will significantly reduce the frequency of asthma and infections, in addition, it has advantages in terms of patients' Clinical syndrome.And the long-term treatment of children with asthma has advantages... |
