Clinical Curative Effect Observation To Treat Of Anorectal Disease Postoperative Constipation(Jinkuichangzao) By Wuzi Ointment

Objective : The clinical efficacy and safety of wuzi ointment were evaluated by observing the changes of the main symptom scores of wuzi ointment in treating anorectal diseases.Methods : The 60 patients in Chengdu anorectal hospital who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(oral Wuzi ointment treatment)and the control group(oral lactofructose oral solution).The scores of constipation main symptoms before and after treatment and 1 week of follow-up were observed,and the collected data were statistically analyzed.Results:Group(oral Wuzi ointment treatment)and control group(oral lactofructose oral solution)in the treatment of anorectal disease jin kui postoperative intestinal dry type constipation curative effect comparison shows: two groups of patients in postoperative jin kui bowel dry type of anorectal disease treatment of constipation has significant curative effect,but the curative effect between the two way prompt use of abital cream treatment of anorectal disease jin kui postoperative intestinal dry type constipation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,especially for abdominal distention,defecate haemorrhage and down,endless,bilge feeling the improvement of the symptom such as taking oral lactulose solution is obviously better than the control group.Two groups in the process of follow-up treatment for constipation main symptom integral statistical analysis shows that: the experimental group and control group anorectal disease jin kui postoperative intestinal type dry constipation no recurrence occurred,but abital paste the long-term curative effect is better than that of lactulose oral solution group,performance on defecation time interval,the improvement of symptoms such as abdominal distension,defecation pain the most obvious.Conclusion:Wuzi ointment can significantly improve the main symptoms of postoperative fluid loss and bowel dryness constipation of anorectal diseases,play an effective therapeutic effect,no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,effectively improve the postoperative quality of life of anorectal patients,conducive to postoperative wound recovery,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
