?Objective?Collect the clinical patients with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency(POI),and take a epidemiological investigation of the POI.the influence factors of the disease, quality of life, the correlation between sex hormone levels and distribution of TCM syndromes of the POI were preliminarily explored,in an effort to reduce the occurrence of POI in the stage of "not ill",improve the quality of the patients with POI in the stage of "ill",and so as to provide an objective basis for TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and psychological treatment of patients with POI.?Methods?First formulate relevant standards according to the research purpose, formulate POI patient general condition questionnaire, questionnaire of TCM symptoms and Menopause Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL).Collect the POI patients who are incorporated into the standard of POI,and in March 2019 to January 2020 to the chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology. Then, take a epidemiological investigation of POI patients.Through the fill out a form to collect the relevant data, and to establish a dedicated database, using SPSS.22 to do the data sorting. To explore the distribution of POI patients' age, body mass index(BMI),education background, blood type, job nature, poor living habits,pregnancy-childbirth times, gynecological surgery and other factors.Analyse the correlation between the above factors and the quality of life of the POI patients, analyse the correlation between sex hormone levels(FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2,AMH)and the quality of life of the POI patients. The distribution of TCM syndromes of the POI was analyzed by means of statistical frequency and cluster analysis.?Results?A total of 112 patients with POI who met the inclusion criteria were investigated, and the following preliminary results were obtained:1.The age of onset of 112 POI patients was mainly 36-40 years old, with a totalof 65 patients, accounting for 58%.2.The blood type distribution of 112 POI patients was mainly type B,with A total of 43 patients, accounting for 38.4%.The proportion of the population was ranked as B>O >A >AB.3.The BMI of 112 POI patients was mainly 18.5?BMI<24.0,indicating that the BMI of most POI patients was in the normal range.4.There were 44 mental workers in 112 POI patients, accounting for 39.3%,and32 physical workers, accounting for 28.6%,indicating that mental workers were the majority in POI patients.5.47(42%)of 112 POI patients had their education background at university or above, followed by 42(37.5%)at senior high school or technical secondary school, and 23(20.5%)at junior high school or below.6.A total of 17(15.2%)POI patients had no history of bad living habits, and the remaining 95(84.8%)had a history of bad living habits.7.Among the 112 POI patients, three pregnancies was the most common, with a total of 26 patients(23.6%),and the average number of pregnancies was 2.26.In the number of abortions, the number of patients with 2 abortions was the most, with a total of 28 patients(33.3%),and the average number of abortions was 1.53.8.A total of 43(38%)POI patients had a history of infectious diseases,20(18%)had a history of autoimmune diseases, and 84(75%)had a history of gynecological surgery. In the history of gynecological operations of POI patients, induced abortion was the most common, with 69 patients(61.6%),followed by currettage(16.1%).9.The largest number of 112 POI patients had FSH values between 30 and40 m IU/ml,with an average value of 74.01±35.85 m IU/ml.The average LH value was 39.26±20.14 m IU/ml.The average value of FSH/LH was 2.13±1.19.The mean value of E2 was 29.64±30.27pg/ml.The average AMH was 0.10±0.19ng/ml.10.There was a significant positive correlation between the FSH and LH values of 112 POI patients and the scores of overall quality of life, vasomotor symptoms and sexual life(p < 0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between E2 valueand the total score of quality of life, score of vasomotor symptoms and score of sexual life(p < 0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between AMH value and vasomotor symptom ?score sex life value(p < 0.01).11.The age, marital status and staying up late were significantly correlated with quality of life of 112 POI patients(p < 0.05).12.According to the results of cluster analysis, the TCM syndrome differentiation of the 112 POI patients can be mainly divided into syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood, syndrome of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of spleen Yang, and syndrome of deficiency of kidney and liver stagnation and blood stasis.?Conclusions?Through this study and analysis of the 112 cases of POI patients, the following conclusions are preliminarily drawn:1.POI patients are mainly concentrated in 30-40 years old with high incidence, mainly distributed in people with advanced education, and are mostly seen in mental workers.2.Most of the POI patients had a history of psychological pressure, staying up late, and other bad living habits, and half of the patients had a history of gynecological surgery, among which artificial abortion was the most common.3.The quality of life of POI patients is related to the patient's age, marital status, and staying up late, and is closely related to the level of sexual hormones(FSH,LH,E2,AMH).However,there was no significant difference in hormone levels among POI patients of different ages.4.The distribution of TCM syndrome differentiation of POI patients is mainly as follows: syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood, syndrome of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, syndrome of deficiency of spleen Yang, and syndrome of deficiency of kidney and liver stagnation and blood stasis.
