| Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of simple shock wave therapy and shock wave combined with Haitongpi decoction in the treatment of calcified tendonitis of shoulder sleeve,so as to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of this disease.for clinicians to use shock wave treatment of shoulder sleeve calcified tendonitis auxiliary treatment plan to select Haitongpi decoction to provide part of the clinical basis.Methods: a prospective cohort study was conducted on 30 patients with calcified tendonitis of shoulder sleeve in the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to October 2019.The patients were divided into two groups with 15 patients in each group.the treatment of one group was simple shock wave therapy,and the other group was shock wave + Haitong skin soup.The follow-up time after treatment was 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 7 weeks,respectively.The measurement indexes included pain score(VAS),UCLA score,CMS score,ASES score,the change of calcification size and the disappearance rate of calcification at the end of 7 weeks before and after treatment.Results:(1)all 30 patients were followed up for more than 7 weeks.(2)the pain score,shoulder function score and the size of calcification after treatment in each group were significantly different from those before treatment(,(p < 0.05).(4)there was no significant difference in promoting the absorption of calcified foci between the two groups(p > 0.05).(5)in the two groups,the effect of shock wave therapy combined with Haitongpi decoction on pain relief and shoulder function recovery was better than that of shock wave group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: extracorporeal shock wave therapy is an effective method for the treatment of calcified tendonitis of shoulder sleeve,combined with Haitong skin decoction can obviously relieve pain and better functional recovery of shoulder joint,which has certain advantages. |
