Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Rotator cuff injury is a kind of common joint sports injury disease, which is common in athletes and physical workers.Rotator cuff injury is one of the main causes of shoulder pain. The main symptoms such as pain, weakness and muscle atrophy seriously affect the motor function and quality of life of patients.Arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury is the main method to treat rotator cuff injury, but it is only suitable for the injury with large area of tendon tear, and it is easy to relapse due to poor postoperative recovery. At present, there are many methods to promote rotator cuff healing in the world, but no effective method has been found. Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to find a new non-invasive and non relapse treatment.By comparing extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yijinjing therapy with extracorporeal shock wave therapy and extracorporeal shock wave combined with isometric training therapy, this study reveals the special curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yijinjing therapy on patients with rotator cuff injury, finds a more effective method for the rehabilitation of patients with rotator cuff injury, and provides a new theoretical and experimental basis for improving the clinical treatment system of rotator cuff injury It will contribute to the further exploration of the clinical application value of Yijinjing.Methods:39 patients who were recruited in Xi’an Institute of physical education in September 2020 were randomly divided into control group, strength training group and Yijinjing group, each group 13 patients. The control group was treated with divergent external shock wave pain point, and the Yijin group combined with exercise Qigong Yijin therapy on the basis of extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The strength training group combined with the training of isometric contraction strength on the basis of extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The exercise frequency of the group was60 min / time,4 times / week,8 weeks in total. The strength training group adopts shoulder joint equal length contraction strength training and pulling. The training actions include forward flexion, extension, extension, extension, internal retraction, external rotation and internal rotation. The training load is adjusted according to the pain degree of the patients. Each group keeps static for 1min,and the interval between groups is 10 s.The training frequency is 5 groups / time,4 times / week,8 weeks in total. After training, the patients were treated with shoulder joint by pulling shoulder joint from their own side to corner. The changes of VAS score,UCLA shoulder function score, constant murrey shoulder function score, shoulder isokinetic muscle force and ROM of shoulder joint were evaluated before and after treatment 8 weeks.Spss22.0 statistical software was used to process data. The chi square test is used for the comparison of the counting data;rank sum test is used for the comparison of grade data;the measurement data conforms to the normal distribution and is the homogeneity of variance;the paired sample t test is used for the comparison in the group, and the single factor variance analysis is used for the comparison between the groups;when the measurement data is non normal distribution or variance inconsistency, the paired sample t is used for the comparison in the group The results showed that the non parametric rank sum test(Kruskal Wallis test)was used in the comparison between the groups. All the data were expressed by mean ± SD,and the difference was statistically significant in P < 0.05,and P < 0.01 was significant.Result:(1)In the intra group comparison, after 8 weeks of treatment, the constant Murley scores of the control group, the strength training group and the Yijinjing group were higher than those of the control group Shoulder function scores were higher than before intervention(P < 0.05),shoulder VAS scores were lower than before intervention(P < 0.05);UCLA shoulder function scores, isokinetic muscle strength test, shoulder ROM of strength training group and Yijinjing group were higher than before intervention(P < 0.05);isokinetic muscle strength test of control group was lower than before intervention(P < 0.05).(2)Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the shoulder VAS score,UCLA shoulder function score, constant Murley shoulder function score, shoulder ROM and isokinetic muscle strength test among the three groups(P > 0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment, the VAS score of Yijinjing group was lower than that of the control group, and constant Murley shoulder function score was lower than that of the control group The shoulder function score and ROM of the strength training group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05)The shoulder function score and isokinetic muscle strength test of Yijinjing group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);the VAS score, back extension, abduction and90 ° abduction isokinetic muscle strength test of Yijinjing group were lower than those of the strength training group, and the shoulder ROM was higher than that of the strength training group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yijinjing and extracorporeal shock wave combined with isometric muscle strength training can alleviate the pain of patients with rotator cuff injury, improve shoulder joint function, increase shoulder muscle strength, and increase shoulder joint mobility,Has no significant effect on improving the stability of the shoulder joint.(2)Compared with extracorporeal shock wave combined with isometric muscle strength training therapy, extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yijinjing therapy is more conducive to the improvement of shoulder joint mobility, but it is at a disadvantage in improving shoulder muscle strength.(3)Extracorporeal shock wave therapy alone has good effects in improving shoulder joint function, reducing pain, and enhancing shoulder joint mobility in patients with rotator cuff injury, but it is combined with extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yijinjing therapy and extracorporeal shock wave combined with isometric training Compared with the treatment, the treatment effect is not obvious.
