| Objective This project uses the tongue diagnosis instrument and pulse diagnosis instrument unit of the four diagnostic instrument of traditional Chinese medicine to collect the changes of tongue and pulse parameters before and after dialysis in maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital to study the influence of hemodialysis on the parameters of tongue and pulse diagnosis in maintenance dialysis patients.Explore the feasibility of assessing the dialysis adequacy of maintenance hemodialysis patients using the parameters of tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis of four traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic instruments.Methods Participants were recruited at our hospital’s blood purification center to screen for maintenance hemodialysis patients who met the inclusion criteria.In this study,a self-contrast method was used to collect the parameters of the tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis of maintenance hemodialysis patients before and after dialysis using the four traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic equipment(manufacturer: Tianzhong Yimai),and blood urea nitrogen before and after dialysis was collected and sent to our hospital for examination Branch inspection.The Kt / V value was calculated using the Medication Assistant APP(Professional Edition),and finally the experimental data was collated and statistical analysis was performed using spss22.0.Results1.The tongue color of 58 maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital was mainly pale white before and after dialysis,and the pale white tongue increased after dialysis compared with before dialysis,and the tongue tip redness decreased after dialysis compared with before dialysis.The difference in tongue color before and after dialysis was statistically significant.(P <0.05).Thick moss and moss before dialysis were mainly thick moss,and thin moss after dialysis were mainly moss,and P <0.05,suggesting that the difference between tongue moss and moss before and after dialysis was statistically significant.The tongue shape before and after dialysis is mainly cracked tongue,fat color,tooth mark tongue,the moss color is mainly white moss before and after dialysis,and the pulse pattern before and after dialysis is mainly virtual pulse,string pulse,and thin pulse.There is no difference before and after dialysis.Statistical significance(P> 0.05).2.The tongue color L value of 58 maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital showed an upward trend before and after dialysis,and the difference between the L value of the whole tongue and the tongue tip was significant(P <0.05).The tongue color a and b values decreased before and after dialysis.In the whole tongue,there were significant differences in the left,right,and tip of the tongue,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.The time parameter w before and after dialysis shows a downward trend,the pulse angle alpha before and after dialysis shows an upward trend,theta shows a downward trend,the amplitude parameter h5 shows an upward trend,and the ratio parameters h3 / h1,w / t show a downward trend,and P<0.05,has Statistical significance.There was no significant difference in the pulse parameters of Yu Tong before and after dialysis.3.58 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital had dialysis b-value of the whole tongue,b-value of the moss-tongue in the tongue and Kt / V value,which were statistically significant;the time parameter was w before dialysis,the ratio Parameters h1 / t1 and w / t before dialysis,h3 / h1 and h4 / h1 before and after dialysis,h5 / h1 after dialysis,amplitude parameters h3,h4,and h5 after dialysis,area parameters Aa,and AT after dialysis are all Kt / V had a good correlation(P <0.05);there was no significant correlation between the parameters of the lingual vein and Kt/ V.4.Change of tongue a value of tongue tip tongue color before and after dialysis in 58 maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital,change of b value of whole tongue coating color before and after dialysis,and changes of pulse angle parameters alpha and theta are related to Kt / V(P <0.05),there was no significant correlation betweenchanges in the parameters of the lingual vein and Kt / V.(The changed value refers to the ratio after dialysis and before dialysis,the same below)Conclusion1.Hemodialysis can cause tongue and pulse changes in patients,and some changes in tongue and pulse parameters are significantly different.2.Among the various indicators collected by the four diagnostic instruments of traditional Chinese medicine,some of the parameters of the tongue vein parameters and the changes of the tongue vein parameters have a significant correlation with Kt /V,which can be used to evaluate the adequacy of dialysis.However,the establishment of specific methods and evaluation formulas needs further research. |
