A Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Prescription Combined With TC Regimen On The Treatment Of Patients With Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis After Operation Of Ovarian Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue prescription combined with TC regimen on the TCM symptom,physical condition and serum CA125 of patients after operation of ovarian cancer with yang-deficiency and blood-stasis,and to observe the toxicity reducing on chemotherapy and preliminarily evaluate the safety of drugs.Methods: The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue prescription +TC)and control group(TC chemotherapy alone),30 patients in each group.Chemotherapy was carried out on a 21-day regimen and observed for 2 consecutive cycles.Chinese medicine oral treatment started from the first day of chemotherapy,3 times a day,100 ml for each morning,noon and evening service,lasting for 6 weeks.The TCM symptom score,KPS score,CA125,blood routine,liver and kidney function,nausea,vomiting and other safety indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:1.Evaluation of TCM efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 83.33% and 50.00%,respectively,the statistical p was less than 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.2.KPS score: Comparison of KPS score after treatment between the two groups showed that p was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.3.Tumor marker CA125:Compared with before treatment,the p value was less than 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;and after treatment,CA125 between the two groups showed that p was less than 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.4.Security index:The comparison of three blood indicators and the occurrence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups showed that P values were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In the comparison of alanine aminotransferase and creatinine,P values were greater than 0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion: Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue prescription can improve the TCM syndrome score and the KPS performance status,reduce serum CA125 levels and the bone marrow suppression,nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy,and had no adverse effect of liver and renal function.
