| Objective: By observing TCM syndrome integral,serum NT-pro BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in patients with chronic heart failure value,6-minute walk test,New York Heart Association NYHA functional classification,Minnesota quality of life score and other relevant indicators,to study the clinical effect of Yiqi Wen Yang Huoxueli Shu Fang on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods: A total of 80 patients who visited the outpatient department and ward of the Second Department of Cardiology,Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method [1],with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine according to the specific conditions of patients.Including angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,β-receptor agents,diuretics,aldosterone receptor antagonists,vasodilators,cardiotonic drugs,On the basis of standardized treatment in the control group,yihuoxue Yanghuoxue Lishuifang(monkshood seed 10 g,red ginseng 15 g,Cassia twig 20 g,Poria cocos 20 g,Pigling 20 g,Atractylodes atractylodes,Alisma alisma 20 g,Ephedra nemorosa 10 g,Nemorosa leiocarpa40 g,Bamboo leaves 20 g,bradyrus rusticosa 20 g,danshen 30 g,red peony root20 g,Chinese date)was added orally.A course of treatment lasts for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the TCM symptom score,serum N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-prob NP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walking test,NYHA grading of heart function and Minnesota quality of life score of 2 groups were observed,and finally the data were summarized and sorted out.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS13.0 software for feasibility analysis.Results: The total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group of western medicine combined with TCM decoction,and 72.50% in the control group of western medicine alone.The total effective rate in the treatment group of western medicine combined with TCM decoction was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM combined with Western medicine in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of western medicine alone in the control group was 77.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome score,serum N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-prob NP),New York Heart Association NYHA grading and Minnesota quality of life score were significantly decreased in 2 groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and 6-minute walking test were significantly increased(P < 0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,serum N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-prob NP),NYHA grading,Minnesota quality of life score reduction,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)value and 6-minute walking distance increase in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Formula can improve the cardiac function indexes of patients with chronic heart failure,in chronic heart failure patients,TCM syndrome score,serum NT-pro BNP,New York Heart Association NYHA classification,the values of heart function indicators such as Minnesota life quality score decreased,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)value and the number of steps in the 6-minute walking experiment were significantly increased,indicating that Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Formula can effectively improve the clinical manifestation and body condition of patients with chronic heart failure,it can reduce the severity of heart failure,improve the heart function and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure,and has a good clinical therapeutic effect on the treatment and prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure. |
