Objective:This study takes Primary dysmenorrhea as the disease model and clean female SD rats as the research object.On the basis of observing the effect of mild moxibustion on regulating the uterine microcirculation state of PD model rats,it further explores whether the effect of mild moxibustion on the uterine microcirculation state is related to the regulation of PGF2?/PGE2 balance homeostasis,so as to explore the function characteristics of mild moxibustion improving the uterine microcirculation state of PD.The clinical application of Moxibustion in the treatment of Primary dysmenorrhea provides more scientific basis.Method:Forty clean female SD rats were domesticated adaptively for 7 days and screened the vagina for 7 days.According to the random number table,they were divided into 4groups,10 rats in each group,namely group A?blank group?,group B?blank with moxibustion group?,group C?PD model group?and group D?moxibustion treatment group?.Group C and group D were induced by estradiol benzoate combined with oxytocin,group A and group B were subcutaneously injected with normal saline of equal volume for a total of 10 days.At the end of modeling,the writhing reaction was observed within 20 minutes.Moxibustion on Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan points for 20minutes.At the end of the treatment,the diameter of microvasculature was observed in vivo.Carotid blood was collected and hemorheological indexes were measured.The contents of PGF2?and PGE2 in uterus were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Result:1. Torsion ReactionIn addition to the group A and group B,both group C and group D showed writhing response.Compared with group C,the latent period of writhing body in group A was prolonged,and the number of writhing body was decreased,the difference between two groups was no significant?p>0.05?.2.
