Objective: To investigate the safety of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy after laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy.Method:80 cases of advanced gastric adenocarcinoma admitted from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method, they were divided into treatment group(n = 44) and control group(n = 36).The observation group underwent laparoscopic D2 radical surgery for gastric cancer,24 hours and 48 hours after surgery, and received hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy with "BR-TRG-I body cavity hyperthermic perfusion treatment system";the control group received laparoscopic D2 radical surgery, the changes of vital signs and the postoperative complications of the two groups were recorded before and after intraperitoneal heat perfusion. Results: The hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy can increase the body temperature and heart rate of patients, but they are transient, and can return to normal within 2 hours generally;it can also cause the increase of abdominal pain and abdominal distention, the prolongation of exhaust time, the decrease of blood sodium, blood potassium, hemoglobin and plasma albumin, and it also can increase the number of white blood cells, all of which have statistical significance;however, the hyperthermic perfusion treatment does not increase the postoperative severity There was no significant difference in the incidence of the disease.Conclusion:1.Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy may cause short-term fever, abdominal pain, abdominal distention symptoms, and prolong the exhaust time and it also can cause the increase of leukocyte, the decrease of blood potassium, sodium, hemoglobin and albumin in varying degrees.2.The application of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the patients after laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy does not significant ly increase the occurrence of serious complications, which is safe and feasible.
