Objective:The diagnostic performance of systolic function, diastolic function and overall function in patients with coronary heart disease and the correlation between the number of coronary artery lesions and the above indexes were investigated by simple and feasible ultrasonic measurement.Methods:137 patients admitted to the department of Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and all underwent echocardiography and coronary angiography.According to the results of angiography, the patients were divided into control group and lesion group.According to the number of lesions, the lesion group was divided into three subgroups, namely single-branch lesions,double-branch lesions and three-branch lesions.Contractile function(EF of m-mode echocardiography and Simpson method,AWTF),diastolic function(E/e'),overall cardiac function(Tei index)of the four groups were compared, and the correlation between the results of the above four groups was analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group, the AWTF and EF of m-mode echocardiography and Simpson method of the lesion group were decreased, and the Tei index and E/e' of the lesion group were increased compared with the control group. The AWTF of the lesion group was decreased with the increase of coronary artery lesion branches, while the Tei index was increased, all of which had statistical differences(P<0.05).The differences of m-mode EF and Simpson method EF between single and three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic efficacy of systolic function indicators(AWTF,m-mode EF and Simpson method EF).But the diagnostic efficacy between systolic function, diastolic function(E/e')and overall cardiac function(Tei index)was statistically significant different(P<0.05).The size of AUC was ranked as Simpson method EF/ m-mode EF/AWTF>Tei>E/e',and the cut-off values were ?65.6%,?66.8%,?36.94%,>0.41 and >8.39,respectively.Conclusions:The diagnostic performance of systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease is better than the overall cardiac function, more better than diastolic function. Moreover, the correlation of the AWTF and Tei index between the pathological subgroup was better. The correlation of EF was good only between single branch and three branch lesions.
