Clinical Analysis On Improving Microcirculation Of Shenxiong Glucose Injection In Treating Chemical Burns

Objective: To investigate the effect of shenxiong glucose injection on the wound microcirculation of chemical burn patients,in order to further improve the cure rate of chemical burn and provide clinical reference for the clinical application of shenxiong glucose injection in burn surgery.Methods: A total of 91 hospitalized patients were selected from August 2008 to September 2019 for a total of 11 years.A retrospective study was conducted on two samples of patients with mild and moderate severe chemical burns to compare the wound healing time of patients with and without shenxiong glucose injection.Results: Among the samples of mild chemical burns and moderate severe chemical burns,the comparison between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Shenxiong glucose injection could shorten the wound healing time of patients with chemical burns,promote the wound healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.Conclusions: Shenxiong glucose injection can reduce the disturbance of microcirculation,improve the microenvironment of the wound,and promote the blood supply cells of the tissue of the burn wound to exchange energy,information and material with the blood,thus promote the chemical burn patient's wound healing,shortens the chemical burn patient's wound healing time.
