Clinical Analysis Of Improvement Of Microcirculation By Shenxiong Glucose Injection In Electric Burns

Objective:To study the effect of shenxiong glucose injection on wound microcirculation in patients with electric burns.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 70 hospitalized patients with electric burn from October 2013 to October 2019.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Observation group in addition to conventional treatment with shenxiong glucose injection treatment.Blood routine,liver function,renal function,coagulation function,myocardial enzyme,c-reactive protein and wound healing time were compared between the two groups after admission(before treatment)and one week after treatment.Results:1.The mean length of stay in the observation group was 51.9±37.1 days,and the cure rate was 62.9%.The average length of stay in the control group was 55.5±47.4 days,and the cure rate was 51.4%.2.electricity research index comparison: burn patients after treatment,two groups of PT,APTT,TT,PLT than(P* < 0.05)before treatment and observation group is significantly higher than the control group(P< 0.05),two groups of FIB,DD,the WBC,CRP,LDH,CK,CK-MB,ALT,AST,BUN and CRE is lower than before treatment(P*<0.05)and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,comparing the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the RBC,HGB and MCV of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P*>0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion: 1.Shenxiong glucose injection can improve the microcirculation of patients with electric burns,promote wound healing,and shorten the hospitalization time.2.Shenxiong glucose injection can improve the abnormal coagulation fu nction,inhibit the formation of thrombosis,and prevent the occurrence of DIC;Reduce inflammation;Effective protection of organ function;Howe ver,the curative effect of correcting anemia and improving hematopoieti c function in patients with electric burns is uncertain.
