Objectives To analyze the positive results of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging in patients with transient ischemic attack and its related influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tia patients. Methods A total of 271 patients admitted to the department of neurology of the affiliated hospital of north China university of science and technology from January 2018 to December 2019 who were initially diagnosed with transient ischemic attack and underwent DWI and MRI within 3 hours to 24 hours after the onset of symptoms were selected as the study subjects.Clinical characteristics, relevant examination results, clinical outcome and treatment within 30 days after onset were collected and recorded.According to performance for patients with transient ischemic attack of DWI results, can the patient group DWI positive group and DWI negative groups can can, respectively, the comparative analysis of TIA patients with internal carotid artery system and show the vertebral basilar artery TIA patients with the clinical data of DWI in positive and DWI negative groups can can, analysis of the clinical manifestations of patients with transient ischemic attack and the positive results of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging and lead to performance for patients with transient ischemic attack DWI positive can related influencing factors.SPSS23.0 software was used for data statistical analysis.Comparison between the two groups of samples: independent sample t test was used for measurement data,chi-square test was used for enumeration data analysis, and the results were expressed as percentage. The risk factors were analyzed by univariate analysis, and the significant results of univariate analysis were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results 1(1)Among the 271 patients with transient ischemic attack,99(36.5%)were DWI positive, and 172(63.5%)were DWI negative.Among them,105 patients with internal carotid artery system,65 patients with DWI positive, accounting for 61.9%,and 40 patients with DWI negative, accounting for 38.1%.Among the 166 patients with vertebrobasilar system,34(20.5%)were DWI positive and 132(79.5%)were DWI negative. The DWI positive detection rate of patients with internal carotid artery system TIA was significantly higher than that of patients with vertebrobasilar artery system TIA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Distribution of DWI positive lesions in the internal carotid artery system: basal ganglia region 20(30.77%),frontal lobe 19(29.23%),temporal lobe 8(12.31%),radiocoronal 8(12.31%),parietal lobe 5(7.69%),thalamus 5(7.69%).Distribution of DWI positive lesions in the vertebral basilar artery system: pontine 10(29.41%),medulla oblata 7(20.59%),cerebellar hemisphere 7(20.59%),midbrain 5(14.71%),occipital lobe 5(14.71%).(3)the positive mri lesions in patients with internal carotid artery system and vertebral basilar artery system TIA were mainly small lesions and single lesions, and the difference between the two was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).2(1)Showing the internal carotid artery system in patients with transient ischemic attack,DWI positive group can compared with DWI negative groups can,two groups of patients with hypertension, diabetes,NLR,Apo B/Apo A1-value,triglycerides,D-dimer,homocysteine,attack frequency>3 times, aphasia, motor symptoms,ABCD3-I grading and prognosis of 14 days,30 days prognosis, carotid artery intimal thickening, plaque, stenosis degree differences statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Showing the vertebral basilar artery system in patients with transient ischemic attack,DWI positive group can compared with DWI negative groups can,two groups of patients with hypertension,BMI,homocysteine,NLR,PLR and Apo B/Apo A1-value,attack frequency, the prognosis of 7 days,14 days prognosis and prognosis of 30 days, motor symptoms, brain stem symptoms, dysarthria, common carotid artery intimal thickening, plaque, stenosis degree differences statistically significant(P<0.05).3(1)Showing the internal carotid artery system in patients with transient ischemic attack, the single factor analysis of P<0.05 the independent variables in multiariable logistic regression analysis, the result shows that hypertension, diabetes,NLR,Apo B/Apo A1,blood homocysteine, aphasia, symptom is characterized by internal carotid artery system TIA patients with DWI positive can independent risk factors.(2)Showing the vertebral basilar artery system in patients with transient ischemic attack, the single factor analysis of P<0.05 the independent variables in multiariable logistic regression analysis, the results show that hypertension,NLR,Apo B/Apo A1,triglycerides,blood homocysteine, brain stem symptoms, dysarthria is shown as TIA patients with vertebral basilar artery system DWI positive can independent risk factors. Conclusions 1The detection rate of DWI positive results in patients with transient ischemic attack is high, and the detection rate of DWI positive results in patients with internal carotid artery system is higher than that in vertebrobasilar artery system.2 DWI positive lesions of internal carotid artery system were mostly seen in basal ganglia and frontal lobe, while DWI positive lesions of vertebral basilar artery system were mostly seen in pons, medulla oblata and cerebellar hemisphere. The positive lesions were mainly small and single.3 DWI positive patients with internal carotid artery system TIA were associated with hypertension,diabetes,NLR,apo-b/apo-a1,blood homocysteine, aphasia, and motor symptoms.4 DWI positive patients with vertebral basilar system TIA were associated with hypertension,NLR,apo-b/apo-a1,triglyceride,blood homocysteine, brainstem symptoms, and dysarthria.Figure 3;Table 11;Reference 131;...
