The Clinical Study On The Heli Yangqi Type Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: This project intends to evaluate the Neijing and HeLi Yangqi, under theguidance of self the Yifei adjust blood Tang and the antipyretic and purgative Yang TangTreated Yang Qi Xu and yang Yu allergic rhinitis clinical efficacy, and to observethewhether differences exist with Xinqin tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods: Will comply with the conditions of90cases observed cases, the randomnumber table, randomly divided into treatment group A Yang Qi Xu30cases,30cases oftreatment group B yang Yu,30cases and the control group. Treatment of group A givenherbal the Yifei adjust blood Tang decoction, one day, at early, late warm clothes, seven toone course of treatment, taking2courses. Treatment group B given the antipyretic andpurgative Yang Tang decoction, one day, at early, late warm clothes,7for a course oftreatment, taking2courses. The control group was given oral Xinqin tablets (SichuanZhiyuan wide and pharmaceutical production, the country Yaozhun Z20050204),2tablets/time,3times/day,7days a treatment, taking2courses. Observe and record the changes ofclinical symptoms, signs of the situation and adverse reactions.Results: The statistical analysis, each treatment group and control group, thetreatment of allergic rhinitis, in which the treatment group A cure rate of20%, markedlyeffective rate of43%,the total effective rate was100%. The treatment group B, the curerate was10%, markedly effective rate of47%, the total effective rate was100%. The curerate was3%in the control group, markedly effective rate was20%, the total effective ratewas93%, the treatment group significantly higher efficiency. After treatment in alltreatment groups compared with the control group efficacy have significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that the overall efficacy in the treatment group patients than the controlgroup. Among them, the treatment A group than the control group to improve the sneezing, nasal congestion, nasal swelling. Treatment group B in improving the sneezing, runny nose,nasal congestion significantly better than the control group. The groups were not toxic sideeffects or adverse reactions after treatment.Conclusion: Use of the proposed Chinese medicine the Yifei adjust blood Tang andthe antipyretic and purgative Yang Tang Treated Yang Qi Xu and yang Yu allergic rhinitis,can effectively eliminate or ease the sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and Heli Yangqiunder the guidance of, nasal itching and other symptoms, reduce the degree of swelling ofthe nasal mucosa, and will help to improve the ventilation function of the nasal cavity, andto promote the recovery of the nasal physiological functions, clinical overall efficacy oftraditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment of allergic rhinitis betterthan the group of Xinqin tablets.
