The Clinical Research Of Retention Enema With Huangfu Tang In Treating Children Abdominal Henoch-schonlein Purpura(With Syndrome Of Heat Accumulation In Stomach And Intestine)

Objective: Through this study,we can observe the clinical efficacy and safety indicators of retention enema with Huangfu Tang in treating Children abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpura(with Syndrome of Heat Accumulation in Stomach and Intestine)initially.Methods: 72 cases aged from 3 to 18 years with Children abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpura in Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to January 2020 were divided into experimental or control group by random number table method.Under the premise of basic western medicine treatment in both groups,the experimental group was combined with Huangfu tang to retain the enema,and the control group was combined with saline to retain the enema.The observation period is 7 days.The Data were collected on days 0,4,and 7 to analyze the efficacy and safety.After the observation period,we would follow up the recurrence of these children within 12 weeks.Results:(1)There were no significant difference such as gender and age distribution between the two groups of children(P>0.05).(2)The overall efficacy of the two groups in treating Children abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpura is the same,both being 100%(P> 0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).(3)The experimental group was better than the control group in treating bad breath after 4 days of treatment(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in treating abdominal pain,constipation,bad breath,and night restlessness(P <0.05).(4)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group on recurrence data that was followed up within 12 weeks of observation of the two groups.(5)There were no adverse reactions in the trial of the two groups,and the treatment schemes were safe.Conclusion: Both treatment schemes are effective for Children abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpura.The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes.Within 12 weeks after the observation,there was no significant difference in recurrence between the two groups.There were no adverse reactions in the trial of the two groups,and the treatment schemes were safe.The retention enema with Huangfu Tang was worthy of further research and application.
