Purpoes: Through the analysis of the date of birth of patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,this paper discusses the relationship between the Yun-Qi endowment of the date of birth and the precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia),so as to provide new ideas for the early screening of the population prone to precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and the prevention of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Method: A retrospective study was made on 1268 cases of gastric precancerous lesions diagnosed by pathology department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine.Chi square test was used to analyze the distribution of the birth date of patients with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in the aspects of heavenly stem,earthly branch,zhongyun,Sitian,Zhuyun and Zhuqi.To explore the relationship between the endowment of Yun-Qi of the birth date and intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia.Results:1.Born in guinian,Yinian,Younian,autumnal equinox to early winter,it is easy to suffer from intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia;born in ugly year and spring,it is more likely to suffer from dysplasia(P < 0.05).2.Intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia are closely related to the Yun-Qi endowment of heat,cold and deficiency of stomach yin.When Yun-Qi endowment is disharmony and dampness of liver and stomach,dysplasia is more likely to occur.Conclusion: The predisposition of gastric precancerous lesions is related to heat,cold,dampness,deficiency of stomach yin,disharmony of liver and stomach,which has some enlightenment for the early screening of predisposed population and the prevention of precancerous lesions.
